(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2018-11-26) Ueda, Vanessa Kaori Oshida [UNESP]; Santos, Célia Maria Retz Godoy dos [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
This Course Conclusion Work aims to present the use of opinion research in the management of communication and reputation of a legal services company in Bauru, SP: Oliveira e Olivi Advogados Associados. The methodology used was a bibliographical survey, to build the theoretical bases that support the conclusions and the research processes applied to the different segments of the public interest of the case organization. Opinion surveys were developed such as: organizational climate, market climate, customer satisfaction and focus groups, so that it was possible to demonstrate their effectiveness in relation to clients and employees and in the management of communication, which consequently influences reputation. As a result of the study, one can see the strong acuity and the need for the research for the communication sector, but in the medium term, due to the lack of socialization and the lack of transparency in the use of its results, they promoted the discredit of its effectiveness towards the participants, in other words, employees of the company, who are routinely questioned, but without feedback. With the remodeling of applications and the use of research in 2017, it was possible to better understand the importance of research processes and the use of data in different sectors of the company for better management of communication and reputation... We study the concepts of information flows, communication strategies, communication models and social media. The methodology of the work consists of the exploratory, bibliographical and analytical research of the Renault case study My Car Fail, taking into account the scenario of the Digital Era, consumer behavior, interactivity with users and the company's position in the face of the crisis which was driven by the digital medium in 2011. As an instrument of analysis, the case will be explored from the French Discourse Analysis, with the purpose of analyzing the said and the unsaid. Travestis e organizações: perspectivas das Relações Públicas na construção de espaços organizacionais inclusivos
(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2018-12-05) Teixeira, Guilherme Lopes [UNESP]; Porém, Maria Eugênia [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
The objective of this study is to discuss and reflect on the role of public relations in the inclusion of transvestites in the organizational environment, since these are excluded from social spaces by various factors - associated with normativity and its constant reinforcement through institutions such as family, church, school and the market - and communication presents itself as a possibility for transformation. In order to generate this reflection, we used theoretical research, guided by gender studies, with the purpose of exploring questions about social construction, prejudice and transphobia and, thus, to create a panorama about the transvestite experience to understand its position of exclusion against the organizations. In addition to exploring communication perceptions regarding diversity and the role of public relations in this process. Considering this survey and the vision of communication as a humanizing factor, this essay results in a reflection on the transformative potential of public relations and the need for the current communicator to promote spaces for dialogue and inclusion within organizations. In addition, some guidelines for building an inclusive environment in organizations are suggested. It ends with inquiries about public relations, as a profession and area of knowledge, about transvestite identities, ie, it is questioned whether public relations is creating spaces for inclusion of transvestite narratives or only contributing to the maintenance of the norm, taking in view of its potential for a more effective positioning in the creation and maintenance of inclusive organizational spaces for diversity. With this essay, it is hoped to cooperate for new visions and criticisms of communication in relation to diversity and transvestite experiences

Labirintos narrativos e a digitalização do lúdico: processos de desenvolvimento para o prólogo de uma história interativa
(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2019-06-18) Camargo, Monna Ranzoti Rocha [UNESP]; Valente, Vânia Cristina Pires Nogueira [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
This project reports on the development of the prologue of a visual novel - a digital game genre based on the concept of interactive narrative. It analyzes and explores the particularities and limitations observed by the ludo-narrative model, as well as the possible ways for working with them, while pointing out the instrumental solutions, the concepts and the visual and thematic influences required to bring about a piece in the genre. Visually, this project visits the human figure, the aesthetics of black and white, Far Eastern arts (using artists such as painters Hua San-Chien and Zeng Hao as a reference), medieval European ornamentation of Hiberno-Saxon roots and classical architecture from Southeast Asia. By building upon concepts brought by a selection of authors (such as Ernest Adams (2010), Johan Huizinga (1944), Arlindo Machado (1997) and Joseph Campbell (1949)), this undergraduate thesis discusses the main foundations for the concepts of game, narrativity, interactivity and questions related to the nature of digital aesthetics

(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2019-11-25) Gonçalves, Arthur Ferrari [UNESP]; Simões, Rosa Maria Araújo [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
Tattooing, as well as piercing, is a type of body modification that has been gaining ground in contemporary societies. This cultural insertion comes tied to a new valuation of the tattoo as an object of art. It gains and advance new contours of existence within the West and ends up triggering a new world logic. At the same time that it transforms and assumes a new westernized outfit, it is little studied and divulged in your differences ways of be, leaving aside a possible contribution to the aesthetic and cultural understanding of diverse human groups spread around the world and the cultural conflicts that have followed colonialism and globalization. The objectives of the work is: understand some forms of tattooing in groups that practice it, showing the complexity of this ritual practice that accompanies us since time immemorial (and can tell a lot about ours relate even today) and observe the transformations in the valuation of the tattoo as art form and the possible motivations and effects of this relationship. Having said this, from an interpretive anthropological approach, the tradition of tattoos of the Maori and iban will be analyzed, considering the cultural, historical and pictographic aspects of these, later using political anthropology, decolonial studies and discursive constructions as a critical point for analysis

Linguagens do corpo: registro e fotoperformance na Exposição Mulheres Radicais
(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2019-11-29) Araujo, Daniele Lima de [UNESP]; Ribeiro, Regilene Ap. Sarzi [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
This research addresses the presence and recurrence of registration and photoperformance at the exhibition Radical Women: Latin American Art, 1960-1985, exhibited by the Pinacoteca de São Paulo from August 18 to November 19, 2018. From qualitative bibliographic research and study fieldwork at the exhibition, an expographic analysis was performed, raising in numbers the amount of artist who uses the electronic image, followed by the analysis of performance and photoperformance photographs of selected artists present at the exhibition. The objective was to relate the expographic, museological context with performance and the concept of image registration in contemporary art surrounded by the Latin American socio-political context. The research results show that the record is present not only in the expository context, but also in the artistic strategies of Latin American artists in a military dictatorship context, the same period in which performance is developing as a language and recording devices. Electronics are incorporated into artistic processes. This concomitance of events reflects in the poetic process of the artists in the construction of a new iconography of the body

O pó em que habitas: uma obra tridimensional sobre o feminino na arte
(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2019-11-28) Camargo, Lívia Ranzoti Rocha [UNESP]; Ribeiro, Regilene Ap. Sarzi [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
In this undergraduate thesis the proposal was to reflect on my creative process in sculpture, and mainly to question how my artistic production allowed me a knowledge of myself as a theme of work and sculptor artist. During this research was produced a three-dimensional work in plaster of a female body where, simultaneously, I report here my personal reflections. The work was initially modeled in clay and passed through an alginate mold where the final material was deposited. To reflect theoretically on the subject, a research was made with reference of the French sculptress Camille Claudel and other sculptress who brought inspiration for both personal reflection and the visual production of my piece. As a foundation I bring to the dialogue authors such as Focillon, Nochlin, Read, Kraus, Wahba, Canton, Fabris and Paris. In the end, as a result I present a sculptural piece of singular character that completes and conveys the life that also inhabits me

(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2019-12-06) Florentino, Juliana Paula [UNESP]; Benutti, Maria Antonia [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
This academic work in arts developed a art piece that proposed an approximation with the Brazilian indigenous culture, in which the technique of embroidery on fabric was used. It was discussed how the techniques of weaving and embroidery emerged in prehistory, how the textile craft was socially constructed as a feminine work and how it fit into the artistic realm. Regarding the references for the production of the work, the work is shown in elements present in the Brazilian Amazon Forest, such as Elsje Lagrou's ethnography about the Huni Kuin people and the production of the artist Margaret Mee. In the account of the creation process were presented the stages of the production of the work

Ensaio para uma fissura: da superfície à profundidade, uma poética
(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2019-06-18) Barbato, Jeferson Denzin [UNESP]; Ribeiro, Regilene A. Sarzi [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
This research proposes to investigate the poetics of fissures and submerge it, a project somewhat as audacious, since it is a deep and inexhaustible universe of creation and study. We used as reference works of artists who investigate cracks in their production, artists selected according to our repertoire. The research has as support the study of selected theoretical and philosophical perspectives, once they approach the fissure; it was also proposed to go through the lip-palate fissure being a personal cleft responsible for the genesis of this research; as well as we approach the fissures in a positivist perspective originating from the Japanese philosophy Wabi-sabi. There is no specific temporal cut in the history of art, since the artists in study and reference were selected according to the specific characteristics of their work and their influence in my creative process independent of the artistic period to which they were inserted. The objectives of the research are: to read and reflect the work of selected artists under the criterion of approach or representation of cracks in their production directly or indirectly; pose implicit philosophical questions represented in the materiality of fissures - what led these artists to traverse them? So digest them and dialogue with each other seeking material references to my personal production process. The research proposal is to identify, compare, discuss and aesthetically understand the cracks. Considering an internal and deeper order of knowing one of the elements that corroborate for this research, the methodology of this study in art of a qualitative nature will be generative. In this way, the artistic production presented here is the result of personal reflections on the theories and visual references studied in the course of this study

A máscara de Apolo no despertar do Dionísio: coleção de joias com base nos conceitos apolíneo e dionisíaco
(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2019-11-29) Guarnieri, Bianca Custódio [UNESP]; Benutti, Maria Antonia [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
Reflecting on jewelry and art, there is the interest to use as ideas for production and manufacturing of jewelry the aesthetic categories of Nietzsche, the Apollonian and Dionysian, presented in The birth of Greek tragedy, with me to investigate whether this concept can serve as inspiration for jewelry, and, to produce a collection using it as base. This choice was made to go back in the early days of the jeweler, in the Paleolithic era, where the man realize the beauty in your back, and, to get in touch with the beauty, feel a sense of pleasure that is assigned to the consummation of the spirit. The Apollonian, assigned to the god Apollo, is very marked by beauty and perfection, while the Dionysian, Dionysus, godmarked by the expressiveness and sensations, joining them in this category we have the perfect translation of beauty and your feeling. To perform this collection will require a bibliographical research on the concept, your connection with the art and visual, jewelry store, your story and, Greco-Roman jewelry, finally, about creation as much of the collection as pieces of jewelry. So will a data collection, where the whole process is logged by pictures, a image library to visual references. Finally all the collected data and survey will be analysed and applied, resulting in the creation of the collection with pieces that translate the Apollonian and Dionysian aesthetic categories, proving to be applicable to the jewelry

Livro de artista como memorial: experiências pessoais em arte-educação
(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2019-06-13) Alves, Fernanda Queiroz [UNESP]; Bamonte, Joedy Luciana Barros Marins [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
The present text proposes the development of an approximation between the artist's book and the pedagogical memorial, in order to produce a product resulting from this dialogue. From personal experience and the proposal of new artistic experiences, creates a text composed of two-dimensional artistic languages, capable of supporting the figure of the artist-teacher, so that the educational background of the author is investigated since her childhood to the end of her higher education, as the object of study for poetics itself

(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2019-06-17) Almeida, Isabela Aparecida de Sousa [UNESP]; Yamada, Thaís Regina Ueno [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
Considering the great number of works where text and image are related in the most varied ways, and particularly addressing the child and youth content, manifested, for example, in pop-up books, illustrated books and books with illustrations, among others, this project intends to carry out a series of watercolor illustrations based on an authorial fiction narrative of the fantasy genre, with the purpose of concluding a personal project that concerns two aspects of the author's poetics, thus discussing her creative process as an illustrator-writer using as reference, great illustrators and writers and adding to this the personal development for the image creation and characterization of the work in question, named Arpazia. Such accomplishment will be possible through a series of studies and technical experiments, aiming to obtain a concise and characteristic series to the book, which will be introduced in the final work in the future, resulting in a book with illustrations, one of the most traditional manifestations of children's book

Você me vê?: intervenções artísticas em postes elétricos instigando a percepção urbana na cidade de Bauru
(Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2019-11-28) Longhi, Mariane Santinello [UNESP]; Ribeiro, Regilene Sarzi [UNESP]; Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp)
The present work refers to a research in visual arts with the objective of performing artistic interventions in electric poles instigating the perception of the city of the interior of São Paulo, Bauru. We are proposing a dialogue between urban interventions, public art and walking as a sensitive aesthetic element. The increasing globalization, aligned with the new social networks, leads to a decrease in daily contemplation, thus, art plays a crucial role in the slowdown and perception of life. Painting an electric pole is to open a fissure in the street, is to transform an invisible object into a work of art that gives speech space to the little explored social issues, such as clipping of this work, the LGBT + community, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, among others. We conducted interviews and field observations to clarify urban perception. Also addressing issues of representativeness of the LGBT + community within cultural spaces, making an exposition of records of interventions as a closing of this research
