Relações homo e biafetivas de mulheres atravessadas pela violência

Resumo
Apesar da implementação da Política Nacional de Saúde Integral de Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis e Transexuais para assegurar o direito dessa população à saúde, as mulheres homossexuais e bissexuais ainda são invisibilizadas na sociedade. A violência nos relacionamentos afetivos íntimos é um fenômeno que pode atingir qualquer pessoa, independentemente do gênero e, portanto, está também presente nas relações homoafetivas e biafetivas, e novamente com pouca visibilidade. A violência conjugal vivenciadas por elas levam-nas a condições de grande vulnerabilidade, sobretudo pela interposição de condições assimétricas como, por exemplo, racismo, homofobia, relações desiguais de poder, autonomia financeira, condições socioeconômicas, baixa autoestima entre outros. Justificou-se o estudo pelas possibilidades de visibilidadade ao tema, bem como no avanço ao enfrentamento a esse tipo de violência e impactos que causam na vida das mulheres. Objetivou-se analisar o contexto em que ocorre a violência nas relações homoafetivas e biafetivas e seus impactos. O estudo foi apresentado na forma de dois artigos. Um artigo consiste em revisão integrativa por meio de pergunta norteadora dirigida à base de dados bibliográficos PudMed e Lilacs, realizou-se em outubro de 2021. A composição da amostra seguiu critérios e resultou em publicações que pudessem responder à implicação inicial. O outro artigo trata-se de pesquisa empírica, desenvolvido no município de Botucatu-SP, como parte de pesquisa mais ampla denominada “Vulnerabilidade de mulheres que fazem sexo com mulheres a agravos relacionados à saúde mental, sexual e reprodutiva e situações de violência”. Foram realizadas entrevistas, mediante aplicação de questionário com questões abertas e fechadas e analisadas as respostas das mulheres que mencionaram terem sofrido algum tipo de violência e se autodeclaram homossexuais e bissexuais. A análise dos dos dados coletados foram tratados segundo modalidade de análise temática de Bardin. O arcabouço teórico se deu pelos estudos do patriarcado e de gênero. E os resultados gerais apontam para o reconhecimento da violência na parceria íntima e seus impactos experimentados por mulheres em relações homoafetivas e biafetivas; e a socialização de gênero naturalizando as experiências de violência. Despite the implementation of the National Policy for the Comprehensive Health of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transvestites and Transsexuals to ensure this population's right to health, homosexual and bisexual women are still made invisible in society. Vio-lence in intimate affective relationships is a phenomenon that can affect anyone, regard-less of gender and, therefore, is also present in homosexual and biaffective relationships, and again with little visibility. The conjugal violence experienced by them leads them to conditions of great vulnerability, mainly due to the interposition of asymmetric condi-tions such as, for example, racism, homophobia, unequal power relations, financial au-tonomy, socioeconomic conditions, low self-esteem, among others. The study was justi-fied by the possibilities of visibility to the theme, as well as the advance in facing this type of violence and the impacts it causes in the lives of women. The objective was to analyze the context in which violence occurs in homosexual and biaffective relationships and its impacts. The study was presented in the form of two articles. One article consists of an integrative review through a guiding question addressed to the PudMed and Li-lacs bibliographic database, carried out in October 2021. The composition of the sample followed criteria and resulted in publications that could respond to the initial implica-tion. The other article is an empirical research, developed in the city of Botucatu-SP, as part of a broader research called “Vulnerability of women who have sex with women to injuries related to mental, sexual and reproductive health and situations of violence”. Interviews were conducted through the application of a questionnaire with open and closed questions and the responses of women who mentioned having suffered some type of violence and who declared themselves homosexual and bisexual were analyzed. The analysis of the collected data was treated according to Bardin's thematic analysis modality. The theoretical framework was based on patriarchy and gender studies. And the general results point to the recognition of violence in the intimate partnership and its impacts experienced by women in homosexual and biaffective relationships; and the socialization of gender, naturalizing the experiences of violence.
