Resumo
A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo refletir sobre o modelo curricular flexível no curso oferecido num CEEJA (Centro Estadual de Educação de Jovens e Adultos), a política que o regulamenta, bem como seu impacto em alunos, professores e sistema organizacional, na perspectiva histórico-cultural, tendo as ciências sociais como instrumento e método de análise científica. Trata-se de um estudo de caso apoiado na perspectiva do materialismo histórico-dialético no qual utilizamos a abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa para promover a análise do fluxo escolar, pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, além de entrevistas com sujeitos da escola. Buscou-se, portanto, compreender o lugar da formação humana, sua relevância no processo educacional, sua contribuição para a aprendizagem efetiva dos alunos e sua importância para a diminuição das desigualdades sociais nas quais os estudantes da EJA estão inseridos historicamente. Os resultados obtidos no presente trabalho contribuíram para identificar alguns dos problemas da EJA enraizados nas políticas que o regulamentam como instrumento da precarização estrutural e educacional, já que o modelo flexível expressa as contradições do capitalismo em detrimento da função socializadora e de formação humana da escola.
This research aimed to reflect on the flexible curricular model in the course offered at a CEEJA (State Center for Youth and Adult Education), the policy that regulates it, as well as its impact on students, teachers and the organizational system, in the historical-historical perspective. cultural, having the social sciences as an instrument and method of scientific analysis. This is a case study based on the perspective of historical-dialectical materialism in which we use a quantitative and qualitative approach to promote the analysis of the school flow, documentary and bibliographical research, as well as interviews with school subjects. Therefore, we sought to understand the place of human formation, its relevance in the educational process, its contribution to the effective learning of students and its importance for the reduction of social inequalities in which EJA students are historically inserted. The results obtained in the present work contributed to identify some of the problems of EJA rooted in the policies that regulate it as an instrument of structural and educational precariousness, since the flexible model expresses the contradictions of capitalism to the detriment of the socializing function and human formation of the school.
