O presente projeto de pesquisa verifica a existência de propostas de inclusão de alunos especiais no PPP - Projeto Político Pedagógico de escolas da rede municipal de Rio Claro. Para a realização da pesquisa foi realizado um breve levantamento bibliográfico da importância do projeto político pedagógico nas escolas e identificado o que a LDB – Lei de Diretrizes e Bases, e o ECA - Instituto da Criança e do Adolescente e a CF/88 - Constituição Federal de 1988, trazem especificamente quanto as propostas de inclusão na educação infantil, juntamente foi analisado o PPP de duas creches municipais da rede de ensino de Rio Claro, buscando compreender o olhar da escola no processo de inclusão na construção do documento. Os resultados indicam falta de desenvolvimento do trabalho realizado na área de inclusão das escolas nos documentos analisados.
