Resumo
This article aims to present reflective approaches between the concepts of algorithmic governmentality, uncivil society and surveillance capitalism, discussing the points of notional convergence and divergence and proposing possibilities of resistance through the institutional production of the commons. As a hypothesis or research question, can the technological social order be identified as a reproducer of neoliberal rationality, as well as the alternative of the commons for the production of subjectivities? From the discussions and results, the production of neoliberal power by the new algorithmic power technologies was identified in a process of instrumentalisation of communicational language, so that the resumption of symbolic institutional spaces for the constitution of subjectivities is presented as an alternative through the production of the common. As a methodological approach, we used a critical framework was used to identify the current social order, moving on to analyse its contradictions and presenting the possibility of resistance through the institutional space of the commons, with the proposal to reflect on a new type of digital in the light of algorithmic technologies and their social effects.
