Levantamento das dificuldades do ensino remoto emergencial em uma instituição de ensino superior do Estado de São Paulo

Abstract

O presente estudo teve por objetivo delimitar as dificuldades enfrentadas em relação ao ensino e aprendizagem, por estudantes e docentes de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior do Estado de São Paulo (IES), no Ensino Remoto Emergencial (ERE) durante o período pandêmico. Para tanto, aplicou-se questionários com perguntas abertas e fechadas aos estudantes do quarto e quinto ano matriculados nos cursos de Bacharelado e Licenciatura em Química e Engenharia Química, nos períodos diurno e noturno, e a professores atuantes dentro da IES. Participaram da pesquisa 62 estudantes e oito docentes. Como resultado, a partir da interpretação e análise das respostas às questões apresentadas, era esperado que ao ambiente de estudo fosse o aspecto que traria mais dificuldades aos alunos, entretanto, a metodologia e a falta de disposição e motivação foram o que mais influenciaram no período do ERE. Em relação aos docentes, era esperado que os aspectos metodológicos e o conteúdo fossem os mais influentes. A primeira indicação foi confirmada como o fator que mais interferiu nas dificuldades do processo de ensino e aprendizagem na IES.

The present study aimed to delimit the difficulties faced in relation to teaching and learning, by students and teachers of a University Education Institution of the State of São Paulo (IES) in Emergency Remote Teaching (ERE) during the pandemic period. For that, questionnaires with open and closed questions were applied to fourth and fifth year students enrolled in the Bachelor and Licentiate courses in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, during the day and night, and to teachers working within the IES. Sixty-two students and eight professors participated in the research. As a result, from the interpretation and analysis of the answers to the questions presented, it was expected that the study environment would be the aspect that would bring more difficulties to the students, however, the methodology and the lack of willingness and motivation were what most influenced the period of the ERE. Regarding the professors, it was expected that the methodological aspects and the content would be the most influential. The first indication was confirmed as the factor that most interfered in the difficulties of the teaching and learning process, the IES.
