Entre as bordas da cerâmica: liames entre o barro e o leite é uma pesquisa tanto prática e quanto teórica, que abrange o barro, o leite e a cerâmica como elementos de desdobramentos plásticos, que incluem, ocasionalmente, outras mídias. Nesta Tese, discorro sobre aspectos do leite enquanto material nutritivo, cultural, histórico e simbólico, em suas representações e materialidades, fazendo uma leitura de sua manifestação na arte, apontando artistas do passado e contemporâneos. Considerando leite, argila crua e queimada como elementos norteadores de minha produção artística, disserto sobre o meu processo, traçando comparações e análises com obras de artistas que comungam, de algum modo, com a minha poética, além de englobar diálogos do campo da arte, bem como de outros campos do saber.
Abstract (english)
Between the ceramic borders - bonds between the clay and the milk is a practical and theoretical research embracing ceramic and milk as elements in plastics deployments which, occasionally, also include other medias. In this thesis, I discourse about aspects of the milk as a nutritive, cultural, historical and symbolical material in its representations and materialities, interpreting its manifestation in art, pointing artists in the past and at the contemporaneity. Considering milk, raw and fired clay as guiding elements of my artistic practice, I descant about my process tracing comparisons and analyses of works of artists whose somehow share with my poetics, besides encompassing dialogs in the art field as well as to other fields of knowledge.
