Resumo
O presente projeto de doutorado tem como objetivo principal apresentar as potencialidades das imagens de alta resolução espacial do satélite IKONOS ORTHO KIT, bem como desenvolver avaliações comparativas dessas imagens com outras imagens orbitais, com base em estudos e aplicações já desenvolvidas, visando validar a sua capacidade e potencial para utilização como ferramenta de suporte às aplicações, estudos e planejamento urbano. Dentro dessa perspectiva, serão avaliadas as possibilidades de ortorretificação e precisão das imagens IKONOS ORTHO KIT na geração de produtos cartográficos para aplicações de estudos e planejamentos urbanos, isto porque a existência de uma base cartográfica representa instrumento primordial ao suporte dos mecanismos e processos relacionados à análise, estudo e implementação de aplicações urbanas. Para que seja atingido o presente desiderato, o estudo foi fundamentado, num primeiro momento, na análise das possibilidades de ortorretificação das imagens e na geração de produtos cartográficos, a seguir avaliados as possibilidades de mapeamento e quantificação do uso da terra, para análise e observação da espacialização e da relação das funcionalidades urbanas com o a qualidade ambiental urbana. Foram feitas análises comparativas do verde urbano como elemento de planejamento urbano e dos incrementos possíveis das imagens IKONOS ORTHO KIT com as imagens orbitais do satélite LANDSAT, em relação à visualização e interpretação de novos alvos necessários aos estudados urbanos, demonstrando a possibilidade de combinação de imagens do satélite IKONOS e LANDSAT para estudos relacionados à melhoria do ambiente urbano, a partir do entendimento dos fatores que favorecem as alterações de temperatura neste meio.
The present doctorate project, has as its main objective to present the potentialities of the high resolution images of the space of the satellite IKONOS ORTHO KIT, as well as to develop comparative evaluations of these images with other images, based in studies and applications already developed, seeking to validate its capacity and potential of being for used as a support tool to the applications, studies and urban planning. From of this perspective, they will be appraised the possibilities orthorectification and precision of the images IKONOS ORTHO KIT will be appaised in the generation of cartographic products, for applications of studies and urban planning, this because the existence of a cartographic base represents primordial instrument to the support of the mechanisms and processes related to the analysis, study and execution of urban applications. So that the present desideratum reached, the study is was based in a first moment, in the analysis of the possibilities of orthorectification of the images and, in the generation of cartographic products, to proceed, the mapping possibilities and quantification of the use of the earth, were appraised for analysis and observation of the distribution and of the relationship of the urban functionalities with the urban environmental quality. There were made comparative analyses of the urban green as an element of urban planning and, of the possible increments of the images IKONOS ORTHO KIT with the images of the satellite LANDSAT, in relation to the visualization and interpretation of new necessary objectives to those studied urban, demonstrating the possibility of the combination of images of the satellite IKONOS and LANDSAT for studies related to the improvement of the urban atmosphere starting from the understanding of the factors that aid the temperature alterations in this environment.
