Estratégias de cortesia em língua espanhola: estudo de caso em fórum online com participantes brasileiros

Resumo
Esta pesquisa teve por objetivos (1) identificar as estratégias presentes no ambiente online para expressar os atos de cumprimentar, despedir, agradecer, desculpar e pedir, e (2) analisar quais dessas estratégias poderiam ser consideradas transferências pragmáticas da língua materna à língua estrangeira. Dessa forma, ao investigar as estratégias de cortesia utilizadas pelos participantes ao expressarem-se em espanhol, a pesquisa objetivou compreender o funcionamento da cortesia no contexto de um curso online. Para alcançar esses objetivos a pesquisa retoma a teoria dos Atos de Fala (SEARLE, 1975), relaciona-a às teorias atuais sobre cortesia (HAVERKATE, 1994; BRAVO, 2004; ESCANDELL-VIDAL, 2005; ÁLVAREZ MURO, 2005) e discute sobre a cortesia em meio online (ou cibercortesia). A abordagem metodológica da pesquisa consistiu da análise qualitativa e quantitativa das estratégias de cortesia presentes nos Atos de Fala do corpus utilizado, formado pelas interações escritas entre os participantes nos Fóruns de um curso totalmente a distância de espanhol pra turismo. Os resultados demonstraram uma tendência dos participantes desse curso em expressar-se em língua espanhola por meio de estratégias de cortesia positiva e de “supercortesia” (KERBRAT-ORECCHIONI, 2004). Os resultados revelaram também que a maioria das estratégias de cortesia utilizadas consistem de transferências pragmáticas da língua portuguesa à língua espanhola. Esta pesquisa visa contribuir com dados e hipóteses tanto sobre a cortesia em língua espanhola quanto sobre a cortesia no ciberespaço, sinalizando algumas relações pragmáticas entre essa língua e a língua portuguesa e formulando hipóteses para os usos.
This research aims to (1) identify strategies of politeness in the online environment to express speech acts of compliment, farewell, thank, apologize and ask, and (2) examine which of these strategies could be considered pragmatic transfers language of the foreign language. Thus, to investigate the strategies of politeness used by participants to express themselves in Spanish, the survey aimed to understand how works politeness in the context of an online course. To achieve these goals the research incorporates the theory of Acts of Speech (Searle, 1975), relates it to current theories on politeness (HAVERKATE, 1994; BRAVO, 2004; ESCANDELL-VIDAL, 2005; ÁLVAREZ MURO, 2005) and discusses politeness in the online environment (or cyber-politeness). The methodological approach of the research consisted of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the strategies present in the Speech Acts corpus used, formed by written interactions between participants in the Forums of an totally online course of Spanish for tourism. The results showed a tendency of the participants in this course express themselves in Spanish through strategies of positive politeness and “super-politeness” (KERBRAT-ORECCHIONI, 2004). The results also showed that most of the politeness strategies used consist of transfers of Portuguese to Spanish language. This research aims to contribute to both data and assumptions about politeness expressed in Spanish as on the cyberspace, signaling some pragmatic relations between this language and the Portuguese language and formulating hypotheses for uses.
