Resumo

The aim of this work was verify the effects of aerobic and resistance exercise training protocol, and later their detraining on physical performance variables, as well as morphological and functional markers of heart muscle tissue. For this, we used Wistar rats, Wistar Kyoto (WKY) and SHR. After passing through the respective adpatation periods, the SHR rats were divided into aerobic training groups, which have gone through Lactate Minimum Test and after testing began eight weeks training, starting from 75% load found in test, 80 % in the second week, the third week 85% and 75% in the fourth week. The test was repeated at the end of the fourth week of training, and the fifth through the eighth week of training protocol was repeated to the first four weeks. Half of the trained animals, began a period of eight weeks of aerobic detraining. The rats of the resisted trained groups were initially by 5-RM test and after the test started eight weeks training, starting from 75% of the load found in test, 80% in the second week, 85% in the third week and at 75% fourth week. The test was repeated at the end of the fourth week of training, and the fifth through the eighth week of training protocol was repeated to the first four weeks. Half of the trained animals, began a period of eight weeks of detraining resisted. The other animals not trained. In addition to the physical performance analysis, there was the body mass analysis and Lee index groups, index of cardiac hypertrophy, serum insulin, GH and IGF-1, IGF heart-1, total proteins, DNA, glycogen and protein/DNA reason analyzes and deposition of collagen fibers in the extracellular matrix of cardiac tissue groups. As a result, after the training period, the animals of both trained achieved an improvement in performance, and a subsequent decrease of the same with detraining. The aerobic exercise decreased body mass and Lee index, reduces the pathologic cardiac hypertrophic, improved secretion of ...
