Resumo
A escola é local adequado para o desenvolvimento de atividades para a prevenção dos acidentes infantis, mas a formação de professores voltada para a temática ainda é escassa. Os objetivos desta pesquisa foram elaborar, aplicar e avaliar ações educativas com professoras de educação infantil sobre prevenção de acidentes infantis escolares e domésticos. Participaram seis professoras especialistas em Educação Infantil, de uma escola de Educação Infantil Integral da rede municipal de uma cidade de aproximadamente 360 mil habitantes do interior paulista. Utilizaram-se questionários, roteiros para filmagem e Apostila de Estudos. Realizaram-se filmagens das salas de atividades, banheiros, playgrounds e área externa da escola; aplicação de questionário às professoras e aos pais dos escolares e confecção de uma apostila. Ocorreram dois encontros sobre prevenção de acidentes infantis escolares e domésticos com duração de aproximadamente duas horas cada, em formato de mini-curso, embasado na Análise do Comportamento, e incluiu uma Apostila de Estudos com informações obtidas com os demais procedimentos realizados e da literatura, aplicação de questionários, elaboração de material informativo sobre prevenção de acidentes infantis domésticos, modificação do ambiente escolar e palestra aos responsáveis pelos escolares sobre prevenção de acidentes infantis domésticos. A aplicação ocorreu na própria escola e em horário de Atividade de Trabalho Pedagógico Coletivo. Como resultados, em relação à etapa de elaboração, por meio da análise dos dados dos questionários com as professoras participantes, verificou-se que as docentes têm informação sobre o tema, envolvendo primeiros socorros, e apenas duas apontaram ter informação sobre prevenção de acidentes, mas foi considerada insuficiente pelas professoras, bem como relataram opiniões favoráveis sobre ações educativas na escola sobre prevenção de acidentes infantis escolares e domésticos; em relação à análise dos dados dos questionários para os responsáveis pelas crianças da escola, analisou-se que os pais e/ou responsáveis indicaram comportamentos de risco e de segurança quanto aos acidentes nos domicílios; sobre as filmagens dos ambientes da escola, estas permitiram identificar itens de risco para a ocorrência de acidentes infantis. Em relação à aplicação das ações educativas, em formato de mini-curso, verificou-se que as participantes consideraram a temática importante e relacionaram a temática com as atividades profissionais. Os resultados da filmagem dos ambientes da escola permitiram a realização da modificação dos ambientes por meio da mobilização das professoras e pesquisadora. Posteriormente à análise dos questionários aplicados aos responsáveis pelas crianças, elaborou-se um folheto informativo com dicas de prevenção de acidentes domésticos a serem distribuídos a eles e discutidos, por meio de palestra. Verificou-se que, em relação à palestra realizada aos responsáveis pelas crianças, utilizando o Folheto com dicas de prevenção de acidentes infantis domésticos, eles tiveram orientação sobre o tema, de modo que a abordagem foi feita de forma direta. Conclui-se que os riscos de acidentes em Instituição de Educação Infantil, bem como em domicílios, são uma realidade. As ações educativas contribuíram para a aprendizagem das professoras de Educação Infantil a respeito da temática e da realização de atuações práticas.
The school is a suitable place for the development of activities for the prevention of childhood accidents,nevertheless, teacher’s training focused on the subject is still scarce. The objectives of this research were to elaborate, implement and evaluate educational activities with kindergarten teachers on prevention of school children and domestic accidents.Participated six experts in childhood education, teachers of a school of Child Integral Education municipal a city of approximately 360,000 in habitants of São Paulo. Were used questionnaires, scripts for film and a guide of Studies.Were filming the activity rooms, bathrooms, playgrounds and school outdoor area; were applied questionnaire to teachers and parents of the school and was made a handout. There were two meetings on prevention of school and child domestic accidents lasting approximately two hours each, in mini-course format, based on behavior analysis, and includes a guide of studies with information obtained from other procedures performed and literature, questionnaires, preparation of information materials on the prevention of child domestic accidents, school environment modification and talk to those responsible for school on preventing child domestic accidents. The application took place at the school at Collective Pedagogical Work Activity hours. As a result, for the formulation stage through the analysis of data from questionnaires with the teachers, it was found that they have information on the subject, involving first aid, and only two of them showed to have information about accident prevention, but it was considered insufficient by the teachers and reported favorable opinions on educational activities in schools on prevention of school and child domestic accidents; in relation to the analysis of data from the questionnaires for those responsible for the children, it analyzed that parents and / or guardians indicated risk behavior and safety as accidents at home; about the filming of school environments, these have identified risk items for the occurrence of childhood accidents. Regarding the implementation of educational activities in mini-course format, it was found that the participants considered the major themes and related theme with professional activities. The environments of the school filming the results they have achieved the modification of environments through the mobilization of teachers and researcher. After the analysis of questionnaires to parents and children, elaborated a leaflet with domestic accident prevention tips to be distributed to them and discussed through lecture. It was found that, in relation to the lecture held responsible for the children, using the brochure with child domestic accident prevention tips, they had guidance on the subject, so that the approach was made directly. It concludes that the risk of accidents in Institution of Early Childhood Education, as well as in households, are a reality. The educational actions contributed to the learning of Basic Education teachers about the theme and the realization of practical actions.
