Resumo
Por meio do estudo da terminologia recorrente no documento “contrato de locação de imóveis”, CLI, francês e brasileiro, esta tese tem como objetivo geral a elaboração de um modelo de dicionário francês-português de termos desse domínio, no qual são abordados apenas substantivos, e apresenta como público-alvo os tradutores profissionais. Para tanto, as características dos CLIs nas duas línguas, as particularidades da terminologia própria desse documento e a legislação que regulamenta o negócio locatício, nos dois países, encerram um estudo preliminar. A opinião dos tradutores profissionais, no que tange ao uso de dicionários bilíngues e ao tipo de informação neles contida, também é avaliada a fim de atingir outro objetivo da tese, a análise, do ponto de vista teórico e prático, de três aspectos de uma obra terminográfica: a macroestrutura, a microestrutura e o sistema de remissivas, na qual fundamenta-se nosso dicionário. No arcabouço teórico estão Cabré (1993, 1999), Boutin-Quesnel (1985), Barros (2004, 2007), Krieger e Finatto (2004), Pavel; Nolet (2002), Faulstich (1995, 1997), Galisson (1988). A pesquisa beneficiou-se de córpus de CLIs em francês e em português, constituídos no início do trabalho, de modo a representar o uso especializado dos termos em questão. Os dados terminológicos de cada termo foram retirados de ampla bibliografia concernente ao domínio nos dois idiomas, como Silva (2010), Aguiarian (2016), Venosa (2015), Hurstel (2010), Rouquet (2014), Cornu (2009), dentre outros. A proposta de modelo de dicionário objeto desta tese culminou no DFPCLI – Dicionário francês-português de termos de contratos de locação de imóveis e conta com 245 verbetes, organizados em ordem alfabética, mas com um sistema de conceitos que permite ao consulente visualizar os termos em sistema e recuperar as relações conceituais mantidas entre eles. A organização dos termos em sistema também auxilia na elaboração do sistema de remissivas. O DFPCLI compõe-se de seis partes: apresentação ao leitor, lista de abreviações, sistema de conceitos, conjunto de verbetes, lista remissiva dos equivalentes em língua portuguesa e referências. As reflexões sobre os aspectos terminográficos e terminológicos constituem-se em uma contribuição para as pesquisas no campo de estudos terminológicos no Brasil. Esta tese compõe-se de sete seções: Introdução, 1) Fundamentação teórica, 2) Metodologia de pesquisa, 3) Proposta de dicionário francês-português de termos de contratos de locação de imóveis, 4) DFPCLI – Dicionário francês-português de termos de contratos de locação de imóveis, Conclusão e Referências. O projeto foi financiado pela Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo - FAPESP, Bolsa de Doutorado processo nº 2013/14493-9 e Bolsa de estágio de pesquisa no exterior - BEPE processo nº 2014/15089-0.
Through the study of recurrent terminology in French and Brazilian “real estate leasing contracts” (CLI), this thesis has as its general purpose the development of a model of French-Portuguese dictionary of terms used in this domain, in which we only deal with nouns and whose target audience are the professional translators. In order to do that, the characteristics of the CLIs in both languages, the particularities of the typical terminology of this type of document and the laws that regulates the rental business in the two countries constituted a preliminary study. The professional translators’ opinion with regard to the use of bilingual dictionaries and the type of information contained therein was also analyzed in order to achieve another purpose of the thesis, the analysis, from a theoretical and practical point of view, of three aspects of a terminographic work: the macrostructure, microstructure and remissive system, on which our dictionary is based. The theoretical framework includes Cabré (1993, 1999), Boutin-Quesnel (1985), Barros (2004, 2007), Krieger & Finatto (2004), Pavel; Nolet (2002), Faulstich (1995, 1997), Galisson (1988). The research relied on the CLIs corpus in French and Portuguese, built at the beginning of the work, to represent the specialized use of the terms. The terminological data of each term were obtained from a large bibliography concerning the domain in both languages, such as Silva (2010), Aguiarian (2016), Venosa (2015), Hurstel (2010), Rouquet (2014), Cornu (2009), and more. The proposal of model of dictionary from this thesis culminated in the DFPCLI – French-Portuguese dictionary of terms used in real estate leasing contracts, which has 245 entries in alphabetical order, with a concept system that allows the consultant to view the terms organized in a system and so retrieve the conceptual relations between them. The organization of the terms in system also helps in the development of the remissive system. The DFPCLI consists of six parts: presentation to the reader, list of abbreviations, concept system, set of entries, reference list of equivalents in Portuguese, and references. The insights on the terminographic and terminological aspects represent a contribution for the further development of researches in the field of terminological studies in Brazil.
