Resumo
Based on the critical ponderings made by Karl Eric Schollamer (2009, 2012) about the means to represent reality and its possible re-elaborations in contemporary prose and, mainly, in the theoretical ponderings made by Osman Lins (1976) about the fictional spaces, besides the basic theoretical framework set by Gaston Bachelard (1993), we will broach the narrative space in the short story A casa, from Melhores contos, by Moacyr Scliar (2003), organized by Regina Zilberman, as well as the configuration of your implied reader. Therefore, we have chosen as the object of analysis scenarios this narrative, in which the prevailing ambiguity presented through flashes of a reality ruled by uncertainty. Although there are essays and articles published around the work, it prioritizes here the approach to the space issue as a symbolic representation of reality, because it is based on the assumption that this issue deserves further deepening and analysis of density.
