Resumo
O projeto de pesquisa desenvolveu um protótipo utilizando a tecnologia chatbot na educação. Catarina é uma professora digital, com o objetivo de auxiliar os estudantes que possuem dificuldade no aprendizado. Ela poderá ser utilizada por qualquer estudante que apresente dificuldades em aprender. Assim, a Catarina poderá auxiliar no ensino-aprendizagem, atuando na fase inicial do Ciclo de Alfabetização em Matemática e em específico no campo da aritmética, para os alunos que estão cursando os primeiros anos do ensino fundamental. Também pode ser utilizada para além do ambiente escolar, colaborando como um reforço e/ou um ponto de apoio nas atividades de aprendizado da criança, proporcionando a oportunidade de autonomia, formação cidadã e inclusão social. O processo de alfabetização é um dos períodos mais importantes e mais delicados dentro do sistema educacional, pois é responsável pela formação da base de saberes e também é a primeira experiência que a criança terá com o universo da aprendizagem, experiência essa, que a acompanhará por toda a vida. Assim, utilizando a pesquisa bibliográfica e a tecnologia digital, bem como as técnicas de desenvolvimento de protótipo, o produto final resultará em um futuro aplicativo, capaz de auxiliar no ensino-aprendizagem.
The research project developed a prototype using chatbot technology in education. Catarina is a digital teacher, with the objective of assisting students who have difficulty learning. It can be used by any student who has difficulty learning. Thus, Catarina can assist in teaching-learning, working in the initial phase of the Literacy Cycle in Mathematics and specifically in the field of arithmetic, for students who are attending the first years of elementary school. It can also be used in addition to the school environment, collaborating as a reinforcement and/or a point of support in the child's learning activities, providing the opportunity for autonomy, citizen training and social inclusion. The literacy process is one of the most important and delicate periods within the educational system, because it is responsible for the formation of the knowledge base and is also the first experience that the child will have with the universe of learning, experience that will accompany it throughout life. Thus, using bibliographic research and digital technology, as well as prototype development techniques, the final product will result in a future application, capable of assisting in teaching-learning.
