Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merril] is the main crop produced in Brazil and, as a result, new productions technologies are being increasingly imposed on the market. The objective of this work was to verify if the Conkesta Enlist E3TM soybean technology express tolerance to the herbicides 2,4-D isolated, haloxyfop, 2,4-D + glyphosate and their effectiveness for the control of weeds when applied in vegetative stages V3 and V6. A randomized block design was used, with 4 replications in a 4x2 + T factorial scheme installed at UNESP experimental field of Jaboticabal-SP, in the 2017/18 agricultural year. Nine naturally occurring weed species were identified, of which four were part of the herbicide effectiveness assessment as a general control. The results showed great recovery of Conesta Enlist E3TM soybean, without interference in productivity when compared to the control without weed, there were also differences in the effectiveness of some herbicides in relation to general weed control.
