Resumo
Com o avanço da implantodontia as reabilitações orais tem ganhado resultados mais satisfatórios tanto na função quanto na estética dos pacientes. O planejamento reverso em Implantodontia permite a previsibilidade para o tratamento reabilitador. A utilização desse planejamento ajuda a evitar erros no tratamento corroborando para o sucesso da recuperação estética e funcional do paciente. O objetivo deste trabalho será realizar o planejamento reverso em um paciente do sexo masculino com 58 anos. O paciente que será avaliado possui várias perdas dentárias na maxila e mandíbula. Para iniciar o planejamento será solicitado as radiografias periapicais, panorâmica e tomografia. Por meio dessas radiografias será verificado a situação óssea do paciente para a instalação de implantes. A anamnese e o exame físico serão realizados para se verificar as condições de saúde do paciente antes do início do tratamento. Posteriormente possibilidades de tratamento serão planejadas.
With the advancement of implantology, oral rehabilitation has gained more satisfactory results both in function and aesthetics of patients. Reverse planning in Implantology allows predictability for rehabilitation treatment. The use of this planning helps to avoid errors in the treatment corroborating for the success of the patient's aesthetic and functional recovery.
