Resumo
É notável o nível de exigência estético expresso pelos pacientes na Odontologia especialmente na área da Reabilitação Oral. O sorriso é considerado importante quesito para revelar padrões considerados esteticamente harmônicos com reflexos para a vida pessoal e profissional. As restaurações minimamente invasivas têm lugar de destaque neste cenário em razão de sua longevidade, alta resistência e propriedades ópticas. Assim, este trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como objetivo apresentar caso clínico enfocando as restaurações minimamente invasivas na modalidade microlâminas apresentando o protocoloco clínico de execução. Paciente R.S., 32 anos, sexo feminino buscou atendimento Odontológico relatando desagrado com forma, cor, tamanho dos dentes anteriores superiores além da presença de pequeno diastema entre os incisivos centrais. O planejamento funcional estético envolveu a confecção de 10 microlâminas cerâmicas em dissilicato de lítio fresadas de 2º. Pré-molar superior esquerdo a 2º. Pré-molar superior direito. A previsibilidade, resolutividade e longevidade do trabalho proposto deve considerar os desafios funcionais, oclusais e estéticos que se apresentam e buscar o bem-estar do paciente. Conclui-se que protocolo clínico de planejamento e execução cuidadoso possibilitam resultados com excelente estético e alto desempenho funcional.
The level of aesthetic demand expressed by patients in Dentistry is remarkable, especially in the area of Oral Rehabilitation. The smile is considered an important item to reveal patterns considered aesthetically harmonic with reflections for personal and professional life. Minimally invasive restorations have a prominent place in this scenario due to their longevity, high strength and optical properties. Thus, this course conclusion paper aims to present a clinical case focusing on minimally invasive restorations in the microlayer modality, presenting the clinical protocol of execution. R.S., 32-year-old female patient sought dental care, reporting dislike for the shape, color, size of the upper anterior teeth, in addition to the presence of a small diastema between the central incisors. The aesthetic functional planning involved the making of 10 ceramic microlayers in milled lithium disilicate of 2nd. Left upper premolar at 2º. Right upper premolar. The predictability, resoluteness and longevity of the proposed work must consider the functional, occlusal and aesthetic challenges that present themselves and seek the patient's well-being. It is concluded that clinical protocol of careful planning and execution allows results with excellent aesthetics and high functional performance.
