The MDO spinor eld associeted with spin-1/2 particles and mass dimension one, constructed on a complete set of dual helicity eigenspinors of the charge conjugation operator and that obeys the Fermi-Dirac statistic, is a potential candidate for the description of dark matter. The rede nition of the dual structure of this object guaranteed an adjacent local theory and invariant by Lorentz transformations. In this thesis, we investigate certain aspects of the interaction of the respective fermion with gravity in the light of a canonical formulation à la ADM formalism and in the covariant perspective under a perturbated minkowski spacetime background. In the rst case, we present an action via tetrada elds in a manifold foliated into a family of spacelike surfaces Σt that carries such a eld of matter. We found the hamiltonian and di eomorphism constraints at a classical level for the gravitational dynamics with the immersion of this material content in spacetime. In the covariant prescription, we studied the interaction between MDO fermions and graviton, a non-massive spin-2 boson and a hypothetical quantum gravity representative. We performed the construction of the interaction vertex and the Ward-Takahashi identity for the perturbative at rst order theory. We then investigate the correction of the graviton’s self-energy, to a loop, in this scenario. In addiction, we studied a relativistic scattering process between dark fermions mediated by gravitons, which assured us a newtonian attractive potential in the low energy regime
