Resumo
A mediação da informação está presente na dinâmica dos estudos de usuários por tratar-se de fenômeno social e cultural que envolve as relações humanas e o acesso ao conhecimento. A mediação da informação jurídica é uma ação necessária, tanto para os operadores do Direito, quanto para a sociedade que, em algum momento, necessita desse processo informacional. A presente pesquisa aborda, inicialmente, as relações interdisciplinares entre a Ciência da Informação e as Ciências Jurídicas, de modo a compreender como elas interagem em contexto dinâmico e em constante movimento como é o campo jurídico. Em seguida, tece um diálogo com os estudos sobre mediação da informação, destacando as dimensões elencadas por Gomes (2014, 2016, 2017), quais sejam: dialógica, formativa, estética, ética e política para o entendimento da mediação no contexto do Direito. Destaca, ainda, as contribuições oriundas dos estudos de usuários para a mediação da informação jurídica nas redes sociais virtuais. O objetivo geral é verificar como ocorrem a mediação da informação e o comportamento informacional dos advogados que atuam com Direito de Família e interagem, buscam e compartilham informação jurídica na rede social Jusbrasil. O Jusbrasil é uma rede de pesquisa virtual e de compartilhamento de informações da área do Direito, possui uma comunidade expressiva de advogados que interagem por intermédio do site. Os objetivos específicos desta pesquisa são: Mapear, identificar e caracterizar o perfil dos advogados que são usuários da rede Jusbrasil e atuam na área de Direito de Família nos estados de São Paulo e Paraná; Identificar se existem percepções por parte dos advogados sobre a mediação da informação que ocorre na rede Jusbrasil; Verificar se as informações postadas no Jusbrasil contribuem para a prática informacional no fazer dos advogados; Identificar o comportamento informacional dos advogados no contexto das necessidades informacionais presentes no site do Jusbrasil. A pesquisa é de natureza quali quantitativa, descritiva e exploratória. O método usado é o estudo de caso combinado com a técnica de Análise de conteúdo, utilizando-se Análise das Escalas Tipo Likert, Análise de Redes Sociais e a Teoria do Mundo Pequeno, por ser uma forma de investigação empírica que analisa um fenômeno contemporâneo dentro de seu contexto real. A amostra foi composta por advogados que atuam no Direito de Família nos estados do Paraná e de São Paulo. Os resultados obtidos e analisados comprovam as hipóteses, os advogados possuem um comportamento informacional muito próximo do Modelo de Wilson, porém com as suas especificidades, bem como o entendimento da mediação da informação, do mediador e também um superficial entendimento sobre as dimensões da mediação. O estudo contribui efetivamente com a temática na Ciência da Informação e na Ciência Jurídica, bem como possibilita que novos estudos sejam realizados. É evidente que a mediação da informação jurídica nas redes sociais virtuais seguirá como um campo apaixonante e dinâmico contemplando as características das áreas, esperamos que os resultados dessa pesquisa auxiliem outros profissionais interessados no tema.
The mediation of information is present in the dynamics of user studies because it is a social and cultural phenomenon that involves human relationships and access to knowledge. The mediation of legal information is a necessary action, both for legal practitioners and for society that, at some point, needs this informational process. This research initially addresses the interdisciplinary relationships between Information Science and Legal Sciences, in order to understand how they interact in a dynamic and constantly changing context such as the legal field. Then, it creates a dialogue with studies on information mediation, highlighting the dimensions listed by Gomes (2014, 2016, 2017), namely: dialogic, formative, aesthetic, ethical and political for the understanding of mediation in the context of Law. It also highlights the contributions arising from user studies for the mediation of legal information in virtual social networks. The general objective is to verify how the mediation of information and the informational behavior of lawyers who work with Family Law and interact, seek and share legal information on the Jusbrasil social network occur. Jusbrasil is a virtual research and information-sharing network in the area of Law, with an expressive community of lawyers who interact through the website. The specific objectives of this research are: To map, identify and characterize the profile of lawyers who are users of the Jusbrasil network and work in the area of Family Law in the states of São Paulo and Paraná; Identify whether there are perceptions on the part of lawyers about the mediation of information that takes place in the Jusbrasil network; Check whether the information posted on Jusbrasil contributes to the informational practice in the lawyers' actions; Identify the informational behavior of lawyers in the context of informational needs present on the Jusbrasil website. The research is qualitative, quantitative, descriptive and exploratory in nature. The method used is the case study combined with the Content Analysis technique, using Likert Scale Analysis, Social Network Analysis and the Small World Theory, as it is a form of empirical investigation that analyzes a contemporary phenomenon within from its real context. The sample consisted of lawyers who work in Family Law in the states of Paraná and São Paulo. The results obtained and analyzed confirm the hypotheses, lawyers have an informational behavior very close to the Wilson Model, but with its specificities, as well as an understanding of the mediation of information, the mediator and also a superficial understanding of the dimensions of mediation. The study effectively contributes to the theme in Information Science and Legal Science, as well as enabling new studies to be carried out. It is evident that the mediation of legal information on virtual social networks will continue as an exciting and dynamic field contemplating the characteristics of the areas, we hope that the results of this research will help other professionals interested in the subject.
