Resumo
Este trabalho tem como propósito analisar os principais fatores da intenção de uso e da
intenção de recomendação boca a boca dos aplicativos de serviço de alimentação delivery, a
partir da Teoria do Comportamento Planejado (TPB), e possíveis relações causais entre as
varíaveis estudadas, com intenção de identificar os motivadores do consumo desse tipo de
aplicativo. A coleta de dados foi feita a partir de um questionário, divulgado pelas mídias
sociais, por conveniência, totalizando 551 respondentes. A análise descritiva foi feita por
meio do SPSS (frequências, média e desvio padrão). Foi avaliado o ajuste geral do modelo,
sua capacidade preditiva e as relações causais entre as variáveis estudadas. Os resultados
estatísticos indicaram que a intenção de uso é influenciada pela atitude e pelo estilo de vida do
usuário, enquanto a intenção de recomendação boca a boca é influenciada pela atitude, pelo
controle percebido, pela segurança e pela intenção de uso.
This work aims to analyze the main factors of intention to use and intention to spreed word of mouth for online food delivery apps, based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), and possible causal relationships between the studied variables, with the intention of identifying the reasons for the consumption of this type of apps. Data were collected through a survey, distributed through social medias, for convenience, accounting for a total of 551 respondents. A descriptive analysis was performed using SPSS (frequencies, mean and standard deviation). The general fit of the model, its predictive capacity and the causal relationships between the variables studied were evaluated. The statistical results showed that the intention to use is influenced by atitude and user's lifestyle, while the intention to spreed word of mouth is influenced by attitude, perceived control, safety and intention to use.
