Resumo
Este presente trabalho tem como tema a investigação do espectro do autismo no âmbito da educação musical, a partir da percepção de que muitos dos ambientes que acolhem este público, tais como instituições escolares regulares, ONGs e centros culturais, embora muitas vezes constituídos por profissionais dedicados, podem não proporcionar uma educação suficientemente ampla a estas pessoas, restringindo-as de muitos de seus potenciais, entre eles, os musicais. Desta forma, o objetivo geral se constitui em discutir sobre a educação musical do autista, e para tal, os objetivos específicos consistem na busca por esclarecimentos acerca de aspectos gerais ligados a figura do autista e também a investigação das particularidades relacionadas aos processos pedagógicos e musicais, especificamente nestes indivíduos. Foram adotadas as metodologias de levantamento bibliográfico nos dois primeiros capítulos deste projeto, como forma de trazer o embasamento necessário para se compreender algumas destas questões e as entrevistas semiestruturadas no terceiro, uma vez que foram realizados encontros em plataformas digitais com educadoras que lidaram ou ainda lidam com autistas, com o propósito de enriquecer a discussão enfocando aspectos da dimensão prática do trabalho educacional inclusivo ou especial. Os resultados finais apontam avanços significativos nos últimos anos a respeito tanto da inclusão destas pessoas na sociedade como também um aumento de produções científicas e disciplinas em cursos superiores que abordam tais questões, sobretudo nas licenciaturas, porém ainda se está longe do ideal. Com o propósito de ampliar o olhar do educador musical, os assuntos expostos no decorrer do texto foram esclarecidos, entretanto, tal pesquisa deve ser concebida como uma possibilidade de embasamento e não como uma resposta imutável, uma vez que a temática é ampla e novas perspectivas podem ser de valor agregativo.
This present work has as theme the investigation of autism spectrum in the scope of music education from the perception that many places that welcome this public such as regular school institutions, NGOs and cultural centers, even though often made up of dedicated professionals, may not provide a sufficiently broad education to these people, restricting them from many of their potentials, including musicals. Thus, the general objective is to discuss the musical education of the autistic person, and for that, the specific objectives consist of the search for clarification about general aspects about the figure of the autistic person and also the investigation of the particularities related to pedagogical and musical processes, specifically in these individuals. Bibliographic survey methodologies were adopted in the first two chapters of this project, as a way to bring the necessary background to understand some of these questions and the semi-structured qualitative research in the third, since interviews were conducted on digital platforms with educators who dealt or still deal with autistic people, with the purpose of enriching the discussion focusing on aspects of the practical dimension of inclusive or special education. The final results point to significant advances in recent years regarding both the inclusion of these people in society as well as an increase in scientific productions and disciplines in universities that approach such questions, especially in undergraduate courses, but it is still far from ideal. With the purpose of expanding the view of the music educator, the subjects exposed throughout the text were clarified, however, such research must be conceived as a possibility of basement and not as an immutable answer, since the theme is broad and new perspectives can be of aggregative value.
