A produção literária de Graziela Bozano Hetzel: reflexões sobre suas potencialidades na formação do leitor.

Resumo
No presente trabalho foram analisadas três obras de Graziela Bozano Hetzel; O colar de pérolas (2002), ilustrado por Andréia Resende; Estrelas de São João (2012), ilustrado por Elisabeth Teixeira; e A rede florida (2019), ilustrado por Anna Cunha. Para tanto, foram selecionados como aporte teórico os estudos sobre a Estética da Recepção e do Efeito (JAUSS, 1994; ISER, 1996 e 1999), visando a refletir sobre a forma como se configura em suas narrativas o diálogo entre texto verbal e imagético, se são obras que possuem vitalidade, se são cativantes, se estabelecem comunicabilidade com o jovem leitor e se, pelo tratamento de temática fraturante (BECKETT, 2009), ampliam seu horizonte de expectativa. Para a análise das ilustrações optou-se pelos estudos desenvolvidos por Linden (2011), Scott e Nikolajeva (2012) e Salisbury e Styles (2013). Optou-se por este aporte teórico devido às possibilidades de inferências criadas pela produção literária de Hetzel e imagética das ilustradoras, a partir da interação dialógica que a obra estabelece com o leitor. As obras foram eleitas, ainda, por apresentarem um trabalho significativo com a linguagem que as aproxima das crianças e do jovem leitor sem para isso, infantilizá-los. Constrói-se e confirma-se a hipótese de que a narrativa disposta nas obras selecionadas tem potencialidades que podem cativar o jovem à leitura, promovendo, assim, sua reflexão crítica, a humanização e emancipação intelectual, atuando como ferramenta de empoderamento social.
The research presented here aimed to analyze three literary works by Graziela Bozano Hetzel: O colar de pérolas (2002), illustrated by Andréia Resende; Estrelas de São João (2012), illustrated by Elisabeth Teixeira; and A rede florida (2019), illustrated by Anna Cunha. This study was based on the theoretical contributions of the Reception Theories (JAUSS, 1994; ISER, 1996, and 1999) by reflecting on how the dialogue among verbal text and images was constructed. Furthermore, the purpose of this research was to observe whether these works have vitality, are appealing and establish communication with the young reader and whether – by presenting a fractured theme (BECKETT, 2009) – they expand the reader’s horizon of expectations. The basis for the illustration analyses was provided by Linden (2011), Scott and Nikolajeva (2012), and Salisbury and Styles (2013). These theoretical postulations were chosen due to the possibilities of inferences created by Hetzel’s literary production, and the illustrators’ imagery, which considers the dialogic interaction between work and reader. In addition, the choice of this topic was due to the significant work with the language, which brings the books close to children and young readers without infantilizing them. This research revealed that these literary works have the potential to captivate young people to read, promoting their critical reflection, humanization, and intellectual emancipation, and performing a social function.
