Resumo
Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar a visão social da implantação de redes elétricas e cidades inteligentes. Devido aos avanços tecnológicos nos últimos anos o setor elétrico começou a aderir a ações de smart grid (rede inteligente), como uma forma de melhorar a tecnologia no setor principalmente nas questões de falha e furto na rede elétrica, controle de consumo e indicadores de desempenho, em tempo real, pelo consumidor, energia pré-paga e praticidade no desligamento e religamento de energia, energia distribuída e prosumer (Consumidor e Produtor de Energia). Tendo em vista estas questões foram criados questionários para saber a visão da população referente a implantação de redes elétricas inteligentes. Pensando na sustentabilidade nos últimos anos começou a se falar em smart city (cidades inteligentes) que é um modelo de cidade que vai utilizar a tecnologia para se ter um local, seguro, energético e sustentável de qualidade, foram aplicados para tratar deste assunto. Foi utilizado como metodologia questionários para saber o ponto de vista do consumidor final, mostrando que é viável a implantação.
This work aims to present the social vision of the implementation of electric networks and smart cities. Due to technological advances in recent years, the electricity sector began to adhere to smart grid actions, as a way of improving technology in the sector, mainly in matters of failure and theft in the electrical network, consumption control and performance indicators, in real time, by the consumer, prepaid energy and practicality in the disconnection and reconnection of energy, distributed energy and prosumer (Consumer and Producer of Energy). In view of these questions, questionnaires were created to find out the population's view regarding the implementation of smart electrical networks. Thinking about sustainability in recent years, smart cities began to be talked about, which is a city model that will use technology to have a safe, energetic and sustainable place of quality, were applied to address this issue. Questionnaires were used as methodology to know the point of view of the final consumer, showing that the implementation is feasible.
