Resumo
O Brasil se destaca mundialmente no segmento de energia elétrica devido a sua grande capacidade instalada de geração de energia, além de possuir uma matriz energética muito diversificada e predominantemente limpa. Entretanto, até 1998 só era possível a contratação de energia pelo ambiente de contratação regulada (ACR) ou mercado cativo, a partir deste momento o Brasil passa a ter dois ambientes de contratação de energia, o ambiente de contratação regulada e o ambiente de contratação livre (ACL). Ainda pouco conhecido pelos consumidores, mas ganhando força e maturação a cada ano que passa, este ambiente de contratação traz diversos benefícios aos consumidores, dentre eles estão: negociação bilateral, poder de escolha envolvendo o tipo de energia a ser contratado e a previsibilidade, possibilitando benéficos significativos quando comparados ao ambiente de contratação regulada. Assim, o trabalho apresentado desenvolve um estudo de viabilidade da migração ao ACL da Faculdade de Engenharia e Ciências - Campus de Rosana ao ACL demonstrando o comparativo entre os dois ambientes, bem como suas particularidades, além dos métodos para a realização dos cálculos envolvendo o custo no ACR e ACL. Através dos pontos desenvolvidos ao decorrer do trabalho, são apresentadas inicialmente as premissas utilizadas para os cálculos, bem como as projeções das tarifas de energia do ACR utilizando o apoio da plataforma TR Soluções, o que possibilitou a execução dos cálculos do ACR. Após, foi realizado o levantamento dos preços praticados no mercado para os tipos de energia mais comuns, possibilitando assim, a elaboração dos custos envolvendo o ACL, por fim, foram analisados e comparados todos os cenários obtidos, concluindo que a migração ao ACL seria viável apenas se o tipo de energia a ser adquirido neste ambiente de contratação fosse a fonte incentivada 100%.
Brazil stands out worldwide in the electricity sector due to its large installed capacity for power generation, in addition to having a very diversified and predominantly clean energy matrix. However, until 1998 it was only possible to contract energy through the regulated contracting environment (ACR) or the captive market, from that moment on, Brazil has two energy contracting environments, the regulated contracting environment and the free contracting environment (ACL). Still little known by consumers, but gaining strength and gaining with each passing year, this contracting environment brings several benefits to consumers, among them are: bilateral negotiation, power of choice involving the type of energy to be contracted and the predictability, allowed achieved when compared to the regulated contracting environment. Thus, the work presented develops a feasibility study of the migration to the ACL of the Faculty of Engineering and Sciences - Campus from Rosana , demonstrating the comparison between the two environments, as well as their particularities, in addition to the methods for carrying out those involved involving the cost in the ACR and ACL. Through the points that occurred during the work, the premises used for the calculations are initially satisfied, as well as the projections of the ACR energy tariffs using the support of the TR Soluções platform, which made it possible to execute the ACR commands. Afterwards, a survey of the standards in the market for the most common types of energy was carried out, thus allowing the elaboration of the costs involving the ACL, finally, all the defined scenarios were analyzed and compared, concluding that the migration to the ACL would be only viable if the type of energy to be acquired in this contracting environment was the 100% incentivized source.
