Resumo
A partir do período Antropoceno o homem passou a impactar negativamente o meio
From the Anthropocene period man began to negatively impact the environment, causing climate change, water and soil pollution, a series of natural disasters, extinction of animal and plant species, and others. With this context, Environmental Chemistry presents itself as an important tool to understand both transformations and promote ways to mitigate the impacts caused by human actions on Earth. Therefore, Environmental Education emerges as an important strand for the formation of critical citizens capable of interfering in your reality. What is desired is a society concerned with sustainable development, with a view to maintaining a healthy environment for future generations. Within the areas of interest of Environmental Chemistry, the topic of pollution caused by heavy metals stands out in this didactic proposal. This theme was articulated with the other elements of the didactic- pedagogical planning according to the theoretical-methodological premises of the Science-Technology-Society-Environment approach and developed through the formative model of implementation of a Multistrategic Didactic Unit.
