no contexto do ensino.
Due to the research, in the Education subject, for alternatives that go against the traditional teaching model, based on a strictly vertical and unilateral relationship between teacher and student, several methodologies have emerged as different options for use in the teaching context. One of these alternatives is the Maker Culture, which became popular in the first decade of the 21st century and has, as one of its main premises, the role of the student as the creator of their ideas and doer of their own projects. This work seeks to investigate the possibility of developing works in music education considering aspects that constitute the Maker Culture. For this purpose, we chose to use a qualitative approach, characterized as a case study. In the end, it was observed the possibility of using school subjects that involve maker content as a possible first contact to a musicalization process, but without expressive deepening to musical content.
