Resumo
Os recursos naturais da região da Bacia do Rio Sete de Setembro, pertencente à Bacia do Xingu, na região do médio vale do Araguaia, Mato Grosso, têm sido nas últimas décadas alvo de uma intensa utilização, em geral sem conhecimento prévio das suas potencialidades, o que vem provocando grandes prejuízos ao meio ambiente. Por isso, se faz necessária a geração de informação do meio físico para um entendimento da área, permitindo a projeção de seu comportamento futuro diante das diversas alternativas de expansão e a integração da estrutura produtiva no processo de ocupação e uso do território. O presente trabalho teve por objetivo a realização do estudo do meio físico através da geração de informações sobre a fisiografia e os processos deformacionais dos maciços, representados por falhas (lineamentos estruturais e traços de junta) e feições anômalas (altos e baixos estruturais) na bacia do Rio Sete de Setembro, Médio Araguaia-MT. A sistemática baseou-se na organização e reinterpretação dos dados pré-existentes e geração de novos dados (rede de drenagem, estrutural/tectônicos, fisiográficos e solos) com a utilização de técnicas de fotointerpretação, geoprocessamento e campo. O estudo da fisiografia, a partir da análise fisiográfica permitiu identificar os processos endógenos e exógenos que atuam e atuaram na evolução da paisagem e conhecer as características externas e internas dos seus solos. A análise das feições anômalas permitiu verificar a presença e o grau de deformação da área e estabelecer as estruturas deformacionais (altos e baixos estruturais). The natural resources of the region of Seven River Basin September, belonging to the Xingu River Basin, the region of the middle valley of Araguaia, Mato Grosso, in recent decades have been the target of an intense use, often without prior knowledge of their potential, what has been causing great damage to the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to generate information medium to an understanding of the field, allowing the projection of their future behavior on the various alternatives for expansion and integration of the productive structure in the process of occupation and land use. This work aimed to the study of the physical environment by generating information on the physiography and deformational processes of mass, represented by faults (lineaments and structural features of the joint) and anomalous features (structural highs and lows) in the basin Seven River September, Middle Araguaia-MT. The system was based on the reinterpretation of organization and pre-existing data and generating new data (drainage system, structural / tectonic, physiographic and soil) using photointerpretation techniques, GIS and field. The study of physiography, from the physiographic analysis allowed to identify the endogenous and exogenous processes that act and acted in the evolution of the landscape and know the external and internal characteristics of their soils. The analysis of the anomalous features demonstrated the presence and degree of deformation of the area and establish the deformation structures (structural highs and lows). The structural lineaments were analyzed as well as their points of intersection, which allowed us to determine the regions most at risk of erosion. Information about the features of joint space analysis was performed to identify the two directions of a higher frequency of joints, and thereby establish and identify areas with sudden changes of direction resulting...
