Resumo
Estudo teve por objetivo investigar a criatividade e os efeitos de sua inserção na educação musical como parte do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, relacionando-a com a prática e vivência dos fundamentos básicos da composição. No sentido de alcançar tal objetivo foi criado, para esta investigação, um curso de criatividade e composição, destinado aos alunos dos estágios iniciais das classes de Teoria e Percepção da Universidade Livre de Música (São Paulo-SP), visando à aplicação de propostas que propiciassem o estímulo e desenvolvimento da habilidade criativa, e apurassem sua contribuição em relação à motivação, compreensão e desempenho no estudo da música. A fundamentação teórica no âmbito musical baseou-se principalmente, nas proposições do compositor e educador canadense Murray Schafer, e em autores que contemplam o fazer musical criativo. E nos psicólogos Sakamoto e Winnicott nos aspectos concernentes à parte conceitual do fenômeno criativo e sua influência no desenvolvimento global do ser humano. A metodologia utilizada foi qualitativa com o emprego da técnica de observação participante. A partir dos resultados obtidos, acredita-se que a utilização de procedimentos criativos na prática educativo-musical, e na reflexão sobre a busca por alternativas nas estratégias pedagógico-musicais.
This study had as it objective the investigation of creativity and the effects of its insertion in musical education, as part of the teaching-learning process, and relating it to the practice and experimentation of the basic fundamentals of composition. In order to reach such objective, and specifically for the purpose of this investigation, a Course of Creativity and Composition was created, for students in the initial stages of the course of Theory and Perception of Universidade Livre de Música (São Paulo-SP), aiming at the application of proposals which would propitiate the motivation and development of creative ability, and would investigate its contribution in connection with motivation, understanding and performance in the study of music. The theoretical substantiation in the musical sphere based itself, mainly, on the propositions of the Canadian composer and teacher, Murray Schafer, and on authors who study creative music making. As well as on psychologists Sakamoto and Winnicott, as far as the aspects relating to the conceptual part of the creative phenomenon and its influence in the global development of the human being are concerned. The methodology applied was on of qualitative character, with the application of the technique of participative observation. From the obtained results, it is belived that the usage of creative procedures in the musical-education practice has contributed for the suggestion of a proposal of reconfiguration of the musical education, and of the pondering of the search for alternatives in the pedagogical-musical strategies.
