Resumo
Esta dissertação é resultado da pesquisa realizada durante o período de 2004 a 2006 na Escola Municipal de Educação Infantil (Emei) Florípes Silveira de Souza no município de Bauru sobre o Projeto Político-Pedagógico cujos objetivos foram: identificar no plano teórico os elementos que constituem o Projeto Político- Pedagógico para a orientação e construção do referido Projeto na unidade escolar; observar e identificar com a equipe da Emei Florípes Silveira de Souza as concepções, papéis, mecanismos atribuídos e empregados na elaboração do Projeto Político-Pedagógico; resgatar a ação intencional de planejar e a potencialidade do coletivo; gerar o fortalecimento do grupo e sua unidade aumentando o grau de realização profissional dos membros da comunidade escolar; contribuir na formação continuada em serviço dos profissionais na elaboração do Projeto Político - Pedagógico. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa-ação, pois enquanto pesquisadora e ao mesmo tempo diretora da referida escola, estabeleceu-se contato integral com o grupo pesquisado, coletando informações sobre os profissionais (professores, serventes e merendeiras) e também sobre o cotidiano escolar, a rotina dos alunos e dos professores. O recurso metodológico utilizado propiciou um mergulho na realidade estudada e acionou a participação dos sujeitos na problemática das situações vivenciadas. Do ponto de vista teórico, discorreu-se sobre os princípios da Gestão Democrática e da Autonomia da Escola, ao mesmo tempo em que se discutiu as bases legais da educação infantil em nível nacional e no município de Bauru. The current work about the Political-Pedagogical Project is a result of a research carried out from 2004 to 2006 in the Municipal School of Children Education Florípes Silveira de Souza, in the city of Bauru. The purposes of this work were: to identify the principles which constitute the Political-Pedagogical Project in the theory in order to guide and elaborate the mentioned project in the school; to perceive and identify along with the school team the conceptions, roles, mechanisms which were attributed and used in the elaboration of the Political-Pedagogical Project; to recover the intended action of planning and the potentiality of the group; to increase the group strength and the level of professional accomplishment of people from the school community; to contribute in the continued formation of the professionals in the elaboration of the Political-Pedagogical Project. The methodology used was the research-action since the researcher is the principal of the mentioned school. It was established whole contact with the researched group, collecting information about the professionals (teachers, servants and cooks) and also about the routine of the school, students and teachers. The method allowed us to be in contact with the researched reality and made possible the participation of the subjects in the solution of problems of experienced situations. The theory approached the principles of the Democratic Management and the School Autonomy and it was discussed about the legal basis of children education in the country and in the city of Bauru. The result of this research is presented in a final document, which approaches the elaboration of the Political-Pedagogical Project of the Municipal School of Children Education Florípes Silveira de Souza.
