This article has as its object of analysis the Inquiries Police-Military, adocumentation produced during the military dictatorship in Brazil (1964-1985)and today it’s important sources for historians, sociologists, political scientists to understand the internal dynamics of repression, as well as specifying certainnetworks communist militancy and the engagement of progressive sectorsagainst the military government. Documents, court proceedings that currently in Brazil endorse the work of the Truth Commission, which seeks to ascertain the fate of disappeared politicians and determine the actions of the organs of repression during the military dictatorship in Brazil.

Cet article a pour objet d'analyse les enquêtes militaro-policières (EMP), ensemble de documentation produite pendant la dictature militaire au Brésil(1964-1985) et source actuelle importante pour les historiens, sociologues etpolitologues, puisque ces documents font comprendre la dynamique interne de la répression, et possibilitent, en même temps, connaître certains réseaux dumilitantisme communiste et des secteurs progressistes engagés contre le gouvernement militaire. Il s’agit des procès judiciaires qui, à l'heure actuelle,sont endossés par les travaux de la Commission de Vérité, organisme qui cherche à élucider le sort des disparus politiques et à déterminer les actions desorganes de répression pendant la dictature militaire au Brésil.
