Resumo
The memorial in Brazil's academic tradition is a memories, which is a critical account of the cultural and intellectual history of a university professor, required in process of upgrading of career. Institutional manifestation of autobiographical writing, after 80's decade agree a subjectives aspects and distincts points of view, which mixes the personal and intellectual trajectories, and is one moment which presents itself as legitimate the intellectual speech about yourself. Beyond three working memories of professors by University of São Paulo, Paulo Argemiro da Silveira Filho (1991), Heloísa Fernandes (1993) and Scarlett Marton (2003), used in yours process of upgrading of career, is identified this narrative discourse like research sources.
