Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), 2023.http://hdl.handle.net/11449/242333O presente trabalho é uma pesquisa acerca do pensamento político de Nietzsche, que, como todos os demais assuntos trabalhados pelo autor, não possui sistematização em sua obra, razão pela qual a primeira etapa consistirá na busca de um critério de organização e interpretação que possa conduzir o estudo, com a demonstração de que esse critério é, em Nietzsche, a cultura, haja vista ser ela que funciona em sua filosofia como base sobre a qual todos os temas se acomodam para criação de um ambiente favorável ao cultivo e seleção de um tipo específico de gênio, o espírito livre e legislador do futuro. Ultrapassada a primeira etapa, buscar-se-á isolar os conceitos de civilização, Estado e política, bem como demonstrar como eles se relacionam com o passado, o presente e o futuro na experiência de pensamento nietzscheana. Ao longo desse percurso serão enfatizadas as posições de Nietzsche em relação à gênese e finalidade do Estado, demonstrando que não existe possibilidade de compatibilizá-las com as teorias clássicas que tratam da questão (teoria naturalista, teoria contratualista e teoria da força), de modo que Nietzsche será apresentado como autor de uma proposta particular, que mescla a teoria naturalista com a teoria da força. Ademais, será demonstrado que nenhuma das correntes políticas conhecidas nos séculos XIX e XX são compatíveis com o pensamento político de Nietzsche, que as considera sintomas do niilismo e as enquadra como integrantes do que ele chama de “pequena política”. Todo esse caminho será trilhado para que, ao fim, seja possível compreender como o conceito de niilismo, em cada uma de suas fases de desenvolvimento histórico (niilismo negativo, niilismo reativo e niilismo passivo), relaciona-se com a política e com a cultura, e como essa relação em permanente transformação levará, segundo espera Nietzsche, à “grande política”. Compreendida essa dinâmica, será possível então chegar ao objetivo último deste trabalho, que é a delimitação da concepção nietzscheana de “grande política” e de sua utilidade para a cultura.The present work is a research on Nietzsche's political thinking, which, like all other subjects worked by the author, does not have systematization in his work, which is why the first step will consist in the search for a criterion of organization and interpretation that can lead the study, with the demonstration that this criterion is, in Nietzsche, culture, given that it works in his philosophy as a basis on which all themes are accommodated to create a favorable environment for the cultivation and selection of geniuses of humanity. After the first stage, we will seek to isolate the concepts of civilization, State and politics, as well as demonstrate how they relate to the past, present and future in the experience of Nietzsche’s thinking. Along this path, Nietzsche's positions in relation to the genesis and purpose of the State will be emphasized, demonstrating that there is no possibility of making them compatible with the classical theories that address the issue (naturalist theory, contractualist theory and theory of force), so that Nietzsche will be presented as the author of a particular proposal, which mixes the naturalist theory with the theory of force. Furthermore, it will be shown that none of the political currents known in the 19th and 20th centuries are compatible with Nietzsche's political thinking, who considers them symptoms of nihilism and frame them as part of what he calls "small politics". This entire path will be followed so that, in the end, it is possible to understand how the concept of nihilism, in each of its phases of historical development (negative nihilism, reactive nihilism and passive nihilism), relates to politics and culture, and how this constantly changing relationship will lead, as Nietzsche hopes, to “great politics”.
