The solvent system used was composed of water-ethanol-ethyl acetate-hexane (10:4:10:4, v/v/v/v). This technique led to the separation of the three different naphthopyranone glycosides in pure form in approximately 7 hours. Paepalantine showed a good antioxidant activity when assayed by the DPPH radical spectrophotometric assay.1051-1055engAntioxidant ActivityHigh-Speed Counter-Current ChromatographyNaphthopyranone GlycosidesAntioxidantsBrazilChromatography, High Pressure LiquidChromatography, Thin LayerCountercurrent DistributionEriocaulaceaeEthanolFree RadicalsGlycosidesHeterocyclic Compounds, 3-RingNaphthalenesPlant ExtractsPyronesPaepalanthusQuick preparative separation of natural naphthopyranones with antioxidant activity by high-speed counter-current chromatographyArtigoWOS:000181126300018Acesso aberto2-s2.0-00368753432-s2.0-0036875343.pdf0000-0003-3032-2556
