The concept of subjectivity was adopted from authors such as Gilles Deleuze, Felix Guattari and Suely Rolnik in addition to Foucault's analysis of discourse. It was observed that through different published articles, the magazine sought to draw a worker profile for the twenty-first century labor market. It was concluded that, among other features, the worker should be able to support the requirements of a flexible labor market besides having the ability to evaluate himself continuously.1-24porPsychologySubjectivitySpeech AnalysisProfessional ProfileThe Production of Subjectivity from Analysis of Professional Profile Present in the HSM Management MagazineArtigo10.23925/2178-0080.2017v21i1.37031WOS:000462086400001Acesso restrito
