This wave, called quasi-Scholte mode, is a kind of flexural wave in a plate in contact with a fluid which presents a good sensitivity to the fluid properties. In order to explore this feature, the phase velocity curve of quasi-Scholte mode is experimentally measured in a plate in contact with a viscous fluid, showing a good agreement with theory.1610-1613enginterfacial wavefluid characterizationbulk longitudinal velocityviscous fluidTheoretical Analysis and Experimental Validation of the Scholte Wave Propagation in Immersed Plates for the Characterization of Viscous FluidsTrabalho apresentado em evento10.1109/ULTSYM.2013.0411WOS:000336665300409Acesso aberto640533951088320328834403518951670000-0003-4201-56170000-0001-6320-755X
