Tendo como objetivo expor a estruturação de um projeto criado para o ensino remoto emergencial, o qual foi sistematizado pelo departamento acadêmico de um colégio particular do interior paulista. Para os desdobramentos desta pesquisa, foram utilizados como referenciais teóricos as temáticas: Educação a distância; ensino remoto emergencial; tecnologia e tecnologia digital na educação. Tais elementos foram pensados frente a pandemia do COVID-19. O trabalho foi estruturado através de registros qualitativos da observação assistemática e participante da pesquisadora na instituição referenciada. Na situação, a pesquisadora atuou como estagiária, vinculada ao departamento que sistematizou o projeto. Após a apresentação dos acontecimentos, evidenciou-se a importância do preparo tecnológico para os alunos, professores e equipe administrativa, já que o conhecimento prévio das tecnologias possibilitou a construção e manutenção do projeto durante todo o ano letivo de 2021. Portanto, apresentam-se algumas possibilidades e potencialidades que o preparo tecnológico pode provocar no cenário educacional, consequentemente, estima-se, a partir dos resultados alcançados, auxiliar outros indivíduos e instituições que eventualmente passem por situações semelhantes.This current academic work presents a research about how the technological preparation would influence the school scene in the new coronavirus pandemic context. Aiming to expose the structuring of a project created for emergency remote teaching, which was systematized by the academic department of a private school in the interior of São Paulo. For the developments of this research, the following themes were used as theoretical references: Distance education; emergency remote teaching; technology and digital technology in education. These elements were designed in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The work was structured through qualitative records of the researcher's unsystematic and participant observation in the referenced institution. In this situation, the researcher acted as an intern, linked to the department that systematized the project. After the presentation of the events, the importance of technological preparation for students, teachers and administrative staff was highlighted, since prior knowledge of the technologies enabled the construction and maintenance of the project throughout the 2021 school year.
