Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR, MS and IR spectral data. Compounds 1 and 2 displayed strong antifungal activity against the phytopatogenic fungi Cladosporium cladosporioides and C. sphaerospermum, as well as cytotoxicity against human cervical tumor cell line (HeLa), in in vitro assays. ©2005 Sociedade Brasileira de Química.1463-1466engAntifungal activityCassia spectabilisCytotoxic metabolitesEndophytic fungiPhomopsis cassiaeNew bioactive metabolites produced by Phomopsis cassiae, an endophytic fungus in Cassia spectabilisArtigo10.1590/S0103-50532005000800029S0103-50532005000800029WOS:000234078700029Acesso aberto2-s2.0-308444456322-s2.0-30844445632.pdf003757905408316044840836852516730000-0001-7616-9652
