Nos testes com chance de escolha, utilizando-se botões florais, P. giberti e P. coccinea foram menos preferidos que P. edulis f. flavicarpa e P. alata.Attraction and consumption tests were conducted to evaluate the feeding preference of the bedbug Holhymenia histrio (Fabr.) (Hemiptera: Coreidae), for fruits and floral buds of different genotypes of Passiflora spp., under laboratory conditions. In a free choice test, utilizing fruits, the genotype P. giberti was the least favorite, while P. edulis f. flavicarpa and P. alata revealed to be susceptible. In tests without choice, utilizing fruits, the insects preferred equally the fruits of all tested genotypes.
