Este projeto visa atender as necessidades da indústria automotiva, proporcionando uma solução eficiente e segura para a inclinação de veículos durante testes. No contexto da indústria automotiva, a Tilt-Table é uma ferramenta crucial para avaliar e otimizar o desempenho de veículos, sendo fundamental para testes e análises de diferentes parâmetros. O objetivo principal deste trabalho é projetar uma Tilt-Table que atenda aos padrões de segurança e eficácia exigidos pela Renault. A pesquisa envolveu uma revisão bibliográfica abrangente que abordou os princípios de mecânica, hidráulica e engenharia estrutural, servindo como base para o dimensionamento da estrutura e o projeto do sistema hidráulico. Este trabalho, portanto, que envolve a concepção e desenvolvimento do projeto de um Tilt-Table, mostrou-se satisfatório e funcional, atendendo as expectativas dos colaboradores da Renault e, certamente, contribui para a indústria automobilística.The present work, entitled "Development and Sizing of an Innovative Test Bench for an Automotive Company," focuses on the development of a test bench called the Tilt-Table for Renault, with emphasis on planning, pre-sizing, structural sizing, and hydraulic system design. This project aims to meet the needs of the automotive industry by providing an efficient and safe solution for tilting vehicles. In the context of the automotive industry, the Tilt-Table is a crucial tool for evaluating and optimizing vehicle performance, playing a fundamental role in testing and analyzing various parameters. The main objective of this work is to design a Tilt-Table that meets the safety and effectiveness standards required by Renault.The research involved a comprehensive literature review that addressed the principles of mechanics, hydraulics, and structural engineering, serving as a basis for structural sizing and hydraulic system design.
