The training consisted instruct truckers about the proper collect and packaging of milk. The milk samples were evaluated for tenors of fat, protein, lactose, somatic cells count (SCC) and bacterial count. The results were submitted to paired t tests of Students and Wilcoxon at 5% of significance. However, the fat tenors and SCC showed large variation coefficients. The mean bacterial count of the milk collected after was lower (p<0.05) than the mean count of the milk collected before training. It demonstrates that training of milk transporters was effective to avoid inadequate results as the bacterial count.241-246porBacteriaCompositionInstructionSCCTruckerEfeitos do treinamento de transportadores de leite na determinaç ão da qualidade do leite cru refrigeradoEffects of milk transporters training in determining the quality of refrigerated raw milkArtigo2-s2.0-84892718997
