O percurso participativo é abordado a partir de costuras entre a linguagem cinematográfica e a narração de experiência autobiográfica, assumindo o ponto de vista da experiência de quem pesquisa e participa. Nessa trajetória, a pesquisa segue um curso cartocinematográfico, utilizando da cartografia para mapear os passos da participante, elaborando um mapeamento de alguns pontos da participação em saúde que são descritos em 5 Episódios que revelam algumas experiências de participação. Este percurso se inicia com a chegada ao Conselho e alguns fundamentos básicos deste espaço, no qual a pesquisa avança na compreensão do exercício do Controle Social. Seguindo por esse caminho são incluídos alguns espaços que compõem o Conselho, que são as comissões temáticas, responsáveis por estudarem mais a fundo as temáticas debatidas no Conselho. A partir desses espaços, é possível constatar diversas ações possíveis das participantes sobre a gestão municipal da saúde. Em meio à essas participações no Conselho, a pesquisa aborda também o campo da Participação Popular, pensando quais são esses populares que integram este campo e que também influenciam nos espaços de Controle Social. A pesquisa encontra, assim, duas formas de participação que seguem modos específicos e diferentes do modo do Controle Social. A interação entre essas participações acontece por meio da representação nos espaços do Conselho, que são do modo do Controle Social. As conferências também são um modo de Controle Social só que acontecem numa periodicidade de 4 anos, e em todos níveis federativos. Durante o processo de pesquisa houve a demanda por se realizar uma Conferência Municipal, trazendo a oportunidade de criar um espaço amplo de discussão sobre a saúde pública, convocando a população para falar sobre. A pesquisa deste modo traz ainda a experiência de organização de uma Conferência a nível municipal, descrevendo estratégias e conflitos que permeiam essa jornada participativa. Considerando o percurso de experiência é possível compreender alguns pontos existentes no campo da participação. Esta é uma aposta de transformação radical do modo como as pessoas lidam com a saúde individual e coletiva. A participação popular é uma inspiração em modelos de autogestão, no qual as pessoas têm lugar garantido para falar e agir, dentro dos acordo do grupo. Acontece que esses modelos precisam ser cultivados, e no contexto de avanço das tecnologias da ideologia neopentecostal e neoliberal, a cultura hegemônica segue individualista e coisificante. Essa é uma das teorias que encontro para especular sobre porque as pessoas não participam, sendo esta uma pergunta implícita em toda narrativa, e que pode seguir outros ramos explicativos.The research presented here focuses on the presentation of scenes and scenarios of participation in health, experienced by the researcher in the spaces of the Municipal Health Council of the city of Assis, São Paulo. The participatory path is approached from the seams between the cinematographic language and the narration of an autobiographical experience, assuming the point of view of the experience of those who research and participate. In this trajectory, the research follows a cinematographic course, using cartography to map the participant's steps, elaborating a mapping of some points of participation in health that are described in 5 Episodes that reveal some experiences of participation. This path begins with the arrival at the Council and some basic foundations of this space, in which the research advances in the understanding of the exercise of Social Control. Following this path, some spaces that make up the Council are included, which are the thematic commissions, responsible for studying the themes debated in the Council in more depth. From these spaces, it is possible to verify several possible actions of the participants on municipal health management. In these participations in the Council, the research also addresses the field of Popular Participation, thinking which are these popular who integrate this field and who also influence the spaces of Social Control. The research thus finds two forms of participation that follow specific and different modes from the Social Control mode. The interaction between these shares takes place through representation in the spaces of the Council, which are in the form of Social Control. Conferences are also a form of Social Control, but they take place every 4 years, and at all federal levels. During the research process, there was a demand to hold a Municipal Conference, bringing the opportunity to create a broad space for discussion on public health, inviting the population to talk about it. The research in this way also brings the experience of organizing a Conference at the municipal level, describing strategies and conflicts that permeate this participatory journey. Considering the experience path, it is possible to understand some existing points in the field of participation. This is a bet on a radical transformation of the way people deal with individual and collective health. Popular participation is an inspiration in self-management models, in which people have a guaranteed place to speak and act, within the group's agreements. It turns out that these models need to be cultivated, and in the context of advancing technologies of neo-Pentecostal and neoliberal ideology, the hegemonic culture remains individualistic and objectifying.
