At parturition cows showed lower seric protein concentration, albumin and beta globulin, and G and M immunoglobulin than during gestation period and after parturition. From nine to 180 days after parturition it was observed an incerase of these constituents. The gestation and pre and postpartum did not influence the activity of gamma-glutamyltransferase.111-116porCowGamma-glutamyltransferaseImmunoglobulinProteinVariação da concentração de imunoglobulinas G e M, de proteína total e suas frações eletroforéticas e da atividade da gamaglutamiltransferase no soro sangüíneo de vacas holandesas, antes e após o partoVariation of G and M immunoglobulins, total protein and eletrophoretic fractions and activity of gama glutamyltransferase in Holstein cow blood sera before and after parturitionArtigo2-s2.0-0039009605
