Dental extraction was recommended, and before every surgical intervention, the patient underwent platelet-concentrate transfusion to prevent hemorrhage. Epsilon aminocaproic acid was administered 6 hours before, and 48 hours after every dental procedure to prevent bleeding. In this case, treatment was effective in the prevention of hemorrhagic complications, during the required dental procedures.617-620engClinical managementDental extractionGlanzmann thrombastheniaIIb/IIIa glycoprotein complexOdontologic managementfibrinogen receptorthrombocyte concentrateblood transfusioncase reportclinical examinationclinical featuredental surgerydisease severityfemalegingivitisGlanzmann diseasehumanmanagementmandiblemolar toothoral bleedingpreschool childtooth extractiontooth periapical diseasetreatment indicationtreatment outcomeAminocaproic AcidsChildDental Care for Chronically IllDental CariesFemaleHumansOral HemorrhagePeriapical PeriodontitisThrombastheniaTooth ExtractionVasoconstrictor AgentsSurgical and clinical management of a patient with Glanzmann thrombasthenia: A case reportArtigoWOS:000224074600005Acesso restrito2-s2.0-414308820912742254556784001866801434963801
