To collect samples, a partnership was established with Federal Inspection Service (FIS), Inspections Service of São Paulo State (ISSP), and Sanitary Surveillance Service (SSS) from eight cities of Baixada Santista region. This study aimed to facilitate implementation of public policies that improve quality of seafood marketed to the population of Baixada Santista region.
