To meet this goal a field survey was conducted where was interviewed responsible for program implementation in a municipal organization. It was observed that it is entirely possible and feasible the implementation of this program in Guariba Esporte Clube , enabling more benefits than counterparts , as an alternative to the club structure their youth teams at significantly reduced costs.O principal objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar a viabilidade da implantação do Programa Segundo Tempo no Guariba Esporte Clube. Para atender esse objetivo foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo onde foi entrevistado o responsável pela implantação do programa em uma organização municipal.
