A questão da saúde na educação física escolar: reflexões sobre as perspectivas de professores

Resumo
A escola tem sido considerada um espaço imprescindível para o desenvolvimento de programas de educação para Saúde entre crianças e adolescentes e a disciplina de Educação Física tem a possibilidade de contribuir favoravelmente por intermédio da prática pedagógica. Na presente pesquisa, investigou-se a inserção do tema Saúde no cotidiano escolar. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar o tema Saúde e sua aplicabilidade no contexto escolar, especificamente, por intermédio da disciplina de Educação Física, de acordo com a percepção e a formação acadêmica e intervenção do professor, destacando de que forma os conteúdos pertinentes à Saúde são trabalhados nas aulas. Realizou-se revisão da literatura, abordando-se o contexto da Educação e Saúde, Educação Física Escolar e Saúde e Formação Continuada. A pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa coletou depoimentos de 15 professores de Educação Física da rede municipal de Bauru/SP, por intermédio das técnicas: história do tempo presente e história oral, realizou-se entrevista semiestruturada, grupo focal e finalizando a pesquisa um programa de formação continuada. Conforme a análise de conteúdo articulados, a partir da produção da literatura pontuaram-se os seguintes tópicos: 1) Educação e Saúde; 2) Educação Física Escolar e Saúde; 3) Concepções da formação continuada e intervenção sobre Saúde na Educação Física Escolar. Constatou-se que: a Saúde é reconhecidamente relevante, no entanto, a disciplina de Educação Física apresenta limitações de modo que os professores não apresentam condições de abordar e intervir nessa temática, especialmente no que diz respeito à práxis pedagógica. Deste modo, a realização do programa de formação continuada propiciou leituras, reflexões e discussões, resultando em ações que ressignificaram a prática pedagógica dos professores para a efetiva inserção do tema Saúde nas aulas de Educação Física com um olhar mais amplo. Concluiu-se que a realidade pesquisada se apresenta como uma rede de interdependência no processo escolar, configurada de modo que não se apresentaram eficientes, dificultando a inserção do tema Saúde nas aulas de Educação Física. Entretanto, com o programa de formação continuada e a elaboração e desenvolvimento dos projetos, foi possível propiciar as possibilidades existentes de inovar, no sentido de perpassar a visão restrita, buscando uma concepção mais ampla da Saúde. Por intermédio do entendimento dos professores de que a disciplina de Educação Física tem importante papel neste contexto, foi possível dar uma contribuição específica à formação para o tema Saúde e promover o espaço de ações e reflexões, o que resultou em uma renovação da práxis pedagógica propiciando aos alunos uma consciência crítica compreendendo a Saúde de forma integral.
The school has been considered an essential space for the development of health education programs among children and adolescents, and through the pedagogical practice the discipline of Physical Education has the possibility to contribute favorably in the education of healthy bodies. In the present research we investigate how to proceed the insertion of the health issue in the school pedagogical routine. The objective of this qualitative research was to analyze the Health theme and its insertion in the school context, specifically, through the Physical Education discipline; according to the perception, academic formation, and intervention of the Physical Education teacher, emphasizing which relevant content of Health are addressed in class. A literature review was carried out, addressing the context of: Education and Health, School’s Physical Education class, and Health and Continued Education. Testimonies were collected from the Physical Educators of the municipal network of Bauru / SP, through the techniques of: history of the present time and oral history, a semi-structured interview, a focus group, and continuous formation was carried out. According to the content analyzed articulated to the production the following topics were highlighted: 1) Education and Health; 2) School Physical Education and Health; 3) Conceptions of continued education and intervention on Health in School Physical Education class. It was verified that: Health and its effective insertion in the school environment have relevant potential, however Physical Education classes presents limitations so that teachers do not present the conditions to approach and intervene in this subject, especially considering the integration of theory and practice. In this way the accomplishment of the continuous formation allowed interpretations, reflections and discussions resulting in actions that resignifyed the pedagogical practice of the teachers for the effective insertion of the health theme in the classes of physical education with a broader look. It was concluded that the researched reality presents itself as a network of interdependence in the school process, configured in a way that did not present efficiency, making it difficult the insertion of the Health theme in the classes of Physical Education. However, with the continuing training program, the development and development of the projects; it was possible to see possibilities of innovation in order to go beyond the restricted vision that sought a broader conception of health through the teachers' understanding that the Physical Education discipline has an important role in this context. Which could make a specific contribution to the training for Health and to promote the space for actions and reflections of the practices of corporal culture of movement in the school, resulting in a renewal of the pedagogical praxis giving the students reflections, discussions and a critical conscience to comprehend health as an integral form.
