Resumo
The present article addresses, based on fragments of a clinical case, the notion of symptom and its constitution in the significant structure of the unconscious, discussing the dynamics of the construction of symbolic and imaginary registers regarding real trauma. To do so, it is necessary to make connections with the Freudian theories of drive and its destinations, after which we examine the dimension of the analyst’s roll in the clinical psychoanalyst experience.
