Resumo

In corporate environments, collective knowledge and individual knowledge come from interactions between organizational subjects, existing systems, and organizational structure. The processes of knowledge sharing and socialization are essential for the development of organizational processes, especially the decision-making process, as well as for providing creativity and generating innovation. The most recurrent knowledge sharing and socialization processes and their impact on organizational processes, as well as their influence on the generation of creativity and innovation, stand out. In order to do so, we analyzed the literature of the area regarding the sharing and socialization of knowledge, especially those related to the decision-making process. It is hoped to contribute to knowledge management studies in the field of information science.
