Resumo
A presente dissertação busca analisar o trabalho do Assistente Social nos Centros de Referência Especializados de Assistência Social – CREAS da região de Bauru/SP, em especial nos CREAS de Bauru/SP, Jaú/SP, Lençóis Paulista/SP, Pederneiras/SP e Dois Córregos/SP. Diante deste cenário, a pesquisa suscita uma reflexão profícua sobre o exercício profissional e as demandas atendidas pelos Assistentes Sociais, que atuam no CREAS e integram o Processo de Trabalho dessa unidade pública. A base teórica utilizada foi o materialismo histórico dialético, pois este método permite a apreensão da essência do fenômeno, indo para além da aparência imediata do problema. Para tanto, utilizou-se da abordagem qualitativa, por saber que esta possibilita uma maior apreensão da realidade. O estudo foi realizado por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e pesquisa de campo. A recolha dos dados foi realizada por meio de entrevista feita com cinco profissionais nos respectivos municípios, para tanto valeu-se de um formulário composto por doze perguntas abertas e fechadas. A escolha pela diversidade de portes dos municípios tem por finalidade abarcar a totalidade dos fatos, pois apesar de haver uma padronização no processo de trabalho do CREAS existem diferentes realidades que não se limitam somente a diferença territorial, mas também a diversidade da rede de serviços e a diferentes formas de gestão, as quais geram implicações no fazer profissional do Assistente Social. Quanto aos resultados, acredita-se que os frutos da pesquisa foram satisfatórios, pois contribuiu minimamente para a construção de conhecimentos sobre o fazer profissional do Assistente Social no CREAS, tendo em vista que existem poucas análises sobre essa temática. Apesar disso, tem-se a convicção de que a pesquisa não esgotou os estudos sobre a temática, a qual deve ser demasiadamente explorada pelos pesquisadores que se identificam com a complexidade da Proteção Social Especial. Por fim, espera-se que os dados da pesquisa possa dar alguma contribuição para que os(as) Assistentes Sociais, no sentido de provocar reflexões que os levem a pensar o exercício profissional para além das normativas da Política Nacional de Assistência Social, tendo em vista as atribuições e competências privativas do Serviço Social.
This dissertation seeks to analyze the work of the Social Worker in the Specialized Reference Centers of Social Assistance - CREAS of the Bauru / SP region, especially in the CREAS of Bauru / SP, Jaú / SP, Lençóis Paulista / SP, Pederneiras / SP and Dois Streams / SP. Given this scenario, the research proves a fruitful reflection on the professional practice and the demands of the Social Assistants, who work in CREAS and integrate the Work Process of this public unit. The theoretical basis used was the dialectical historical materialism, because this method allows the apprehension of the essence of the phenomenon, going beyond the immediate appearance of the problem. For that, we used the qualitative approach, knowing that it allows a greater apprehension of reality. The study was carried out through bibliographical, documentary and field research. The data was collected through an interview with five professionals in the respective municipalities, using a form composed of twelve open and closed questions. The choice for the diversity of ports of the municipalities is intended to cover all the facts, for although there is a standardization in the work process of CREAS there are different realities that are not limited only to the territorial difference, but also the diversity of the service network and to different forms of management, which have implications in the professional work of the Social Worker. Regarding the results, it is believed that the fruits of the research were satisfactory, since it contributed minimally to the construction of knowledge about the professional work of the Social Worker in CREAS, considering that there are few analyzes on this subject. Despite this, it is believed that the research has not exhausted studies on the subject, which should be exploited too much by researchers who identify with the complexity of Special Social Protection. Finally, it is hoped that the research data may contribute to the Social Assistants, in order to provoke reflections that lead them to think about the professional exercise beyond the norms of the National Policy of Social Assistance, taking into account considering the attributions and competences of Social Work.
