Análise do discurso na perspectiva da ciência da informação: dialogicidade epistemológica da organização do conhecimento com Foucault, Pêcheux e a sociolinguística

Resumo
A realização de um intercâmbio de saberes e de conhecimentos é possível por meio da interdisciplinaridade. Dessa forma, as áreas de interesse precisam de identidade, a fim de que, mediante visões diferentes, ocorra a compreensão de um objeto comum. Existe uma complexidade no campo informacional que pede uma rede de cooperação científica. Sendo assim, são necessários enriquecimentos teóricos e conceituais. Nesse horizonte, os estudos sobre linguagem e discurso devem ser reconhecidos como indispensáveis na Ciência da Informação. Os trabalhos ligados às vertentes francesas de Análise do Discurso, cuja fundamentação teórica está alicerçada nos estudos de Michel Pêcheux, de Michel Foucault e da Sociolinguística, auxiliam no entendimento de como as relações de poder são simbolizadas e sustentadas no campo informacional. Destarte, esse trabalho investiga como os estudos franceses sobre discurso estabelecem suas interações epistemológicas com a Organização da Informação e do Conhecimento no contexto brasileiro. Expõe, ademais, como a Teoria do Discurso colabora na interpretação dos processos linguísticos, ideológicos e políticos que se manifestam nos modos de ordenar, representar e disseminar a informação e o conhecimento. Desse modo, as formas de organizar a informação não são neutras, pois estão inseridas em uma dimensão ideológica. Elas são dependentes das condições de produção e dos anseios interpretativos dos sujeitos envolvidos nos processos informacionais. As relações de poder, portanto, devem ser consideradas nas pesquisas que tratam da Organização da Informação e do Conhecimento, a qual é dependente dos sujeitos que com ela se relacionam. Em torno da informação, há conflitos, interesses econômicos, desigualdades, embates políticos. Por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, ligada às interações interdisciplinares entre da Análise do Discurso Francesa na Ciência da Informação no Brasil, foi feito um levantamento dos principais trabalhos sobre o mote ao longo dos anos, a fim de se ter uma compreensão das relações históricas entre as duas áreas. Assim, os aspectos epistemológicos que permeiam a Teoria do Discurso e o campo informacional revelam como a informação e o conhecimento estão inseridos em embates políticos. Logo, o percurso teórico realizado até aqui revela que a Análise do Discurso auxilia na compreensão das disputas de poder, das relações de força e dos fenômenos ideológicos presentes na Organização da Informação e do Conhecimento.
The realization of an exchange of knowledge and wisdom is possible through interdisciplinarity. In this way, the areas of interest need identity, so that, through different visions, the understanding of a common object occurs. There is a complexity in the information field that calls for a network of scientific cooperation. Therefore, theoretical and conceptual enrichment is necessary. Within this horizon, studies on language and discourse must be recognized as indispensable in Information Science. The works related to the French aspects of Discourse Analysis, whose theoretical foundation is based on the studies of Michel Pêcheux, Michel Foucault and Sociolinguistics, help in the understanding of how the relations of power are symbolized and sustained in the informational field. Thus, this work investigates how the French studies on discourse establish their epistemological interactions with the Organization of Information and Knowledge in the Brazilian context. It also shows how Discourse Theory contributes to the interpretation of the linguistic, ideological and political processes that are manifested in the ways of ordering, representing and disseminating information and knowledge. In this way, the ways of organizing information are not neutral, since they are inserted in an ideological dimension. They are dependent on the conditions of production and the interpretative longings of the subjects involved in the informational processes. Power relations, therefore, must be considered in research that deals with the Organization of Information and Knowledge, which is dependent on the subjects that relate to it. Around the information, there are conflicts, economic interests, inequalities, political conflicts. Through a bibliographical research, linked to the interdisciplinary interactions between the French Discourse Analysis in Information Science in Brazil, a survey was made of the main works on the mote over the years, in order to have an understanding of the historical relations between the areas. Thus the epistemological aspects that permeate Discourse Theory and the informational field reveal how information and knowledge are embedded in political clashes. Therefore, the theoretical course carried out so far reveals that the Discourse Analysis helps to understand the power disputes, the power relations and the ideological phenomena present in the Organization of Information and Knowledge.
